I haven't seen a single thing in this game so far to support any of this. Tf were they watching?

Tf are you watching? That was F level pass protection, which is bound to screw up a QB, especially one learning on the fly. My guess is the All 22 film will show only grade A, excellent QBing would have led to success on most of these plays.

Yes or no: did he throw better? Not read defenses better. Throw better. Yes or no.

"Is my first option open?"

If Yes:

throw that s**t!

If no:

Also Trey in the first half

"Is my first option open?"

If Yes:

Kyle didn't adjust to the Raiders energy or game plan until the fourth drive.

Those are objective observations. Trey's vision has always been a concern going back to NDSU. I still remember cutting up clips of him looking down a receiver get open and not pulling the trigger or hesitating to kill the play.

You can't throw the 1st read if it's not open.

you can't throw the 2nd read if the defense is on your back.

This is why I don't listen to any tc reports or stats feom biased reporters. I'll watch the players myself thank you.

Womack made a play. But you're right, 49ers PR gives the local beat writers a narrative. If anything pump up these kids, give them hope, and maybe bump their trade value.

The problem is that you have to trust people with little to no actual football background and varying agendas to deliver that information.

And some of it may very well have been the honest truth, like Moody not missing kicks and hitting it from deep but it is pretty disconcerting that he whiffed on his first in-game opportunity.

All those reports of him looking comfortable and knowing where to go with the ball are starting to look like a bunch of BS.

Looking forward to a more in depth analysis which will show that abysmal pass protection can affect a QB, especially one learning on the fly.

Who is learning on the fly?

That was undoubtedly the case on at least a couple of those. I'm looking forward to the All 22 to see.
By now, I bet Shananan and coaches have spent at least double or triple the time with Lance than they ever spent with Purdy. It's a logical thing, given he was the first round pick and the future.
Yet, the results are quite different.

Who is learning on the fly?

The guy who has thrown less than 600 passes his entire life. Why do you have self-esteem?

Well, we'll see how Sam Darnold does against the Raiders. It will be a interesting comparison when Sam plays.

It's the difference between practice and a game. Players show the truth during games. Moody's Miss was incredibly disappointing. Really, everything you stated has been really disappointing. Hopefully this will motivate these guys to do better.
