You can measure the group or release. His arm was bent backwards and prolly extended his elbow. The two of you couch potatoes and internet warriors need to chill.

Well if Purdy has a lingering type injury, he should be gone. Sad, feel bad for the kid, but that's the way it goes.

True but it's been like two hours. The feeling will come back. Mine stems from shattered clavicle. He will get his feeling back but it takes prolly atleast as couple of days.

What could we do? We lost our 4th Qb, who was already horrible and had to run the ball every play for the rest of the game. Then add to the fact some bad calls that went against us. Not much you can do.

On the other hand, I don't like how we finished this game. We just looked undisciplined in the end. I get it is hard when things are going that way, for you to not play disciplined and have stupid penalties. But there were too many for my liking.

I don't have any problem with how they acted at the end. Normally I would, but the Eagles were acting like douches all game and it no doubt pissed off the team. If the winners aren't able to win with grace then the losing team damn sure doesn't have to either.

You would think that but trust me the joy of winning a SB wears off. I want to watch a contender year in and year out. Nothing worse than watching meaningless games. Maybe it's different for me because I was a fan during all 5 of our SB wins.

I saw zero of the Super Bowl wins. We've been to 6 of the last 12 championship games and have zero rings to show for it. My fandom has been truly heartbreaking getting close this many times and having nothing to show for it as a younger fan.
Some of you guys don't seem like fans at all lol do you care about the players? Or just the dub? Geez lol
I swear to God... some of the comments on here show just how s**tty some of our so called fans can be....

"Fire Kyle"
"Sign Brady or Rogers"
"Purdy is awful"

Blah blah blah....

Some of you youngsters don't know what bad times look like unless you lived through the immediate post Mariucci era... 9-23 under Dennis Erickson... 23-41 under Nolan and we were talking about teams with NO hope. And then even more recently and just prior to Kyle you had the debacles that were Chip Kelly and Jim Tomsula! I am 52 years old and my old man took me to my first ever Niner game at The Stick in 1977. We had Jim Plunkett at QB and taht team was 5-9 and the next year was even worse when went 2-14! Then we got some kid called Joe at QB... a kid taht played at a major midwest university... who was considered undersized and not particularly athletic but with good football smarts... What was his name again? Brock Purdy? No, it was of course Joe Montana but that is the same description for Purdy!

Y'all need to chill out and take stock...

We have a GREAT Coch in Kyle.
We have a fantastic GM in Lynch who isn't afraid to take chances...
We have Deebo locked up...
We have MCCaffery
We have Aiyuk
Bosa
Kittle
Greenlaw
Warner
2 young QBs on rookie contracts and will have around $30 million in cap space.

We finished teh regular season 13-4 with a THIRD STRING QB and was the top third of the leage in terms of most injured team in the NFL.. yet we still surviced.

WE JUST PLAYED IN THE DAMNED CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!

Yes, we will lose Demeco to Houston and no doubt we will lose some players, but they will also be replaced. Kyle and Lynch have shown a knack for evaluating late round draft picks so I am not worried.

We have had a GREAT season and while this one hurts, I am so proud of this team!

Ride or die.. Bang bang Niner gang baby!

This is not a win I'm giving to the eagles as an earned win. They won, but didn't earn it.

No it was just scrimmage once Johnson was in, tune up game

Stay classy. Yes, we lost 2 QB's, but not on dirty plays. We lost to a really great team, it happens. They still put up a lot of points on our D, who seems to take a lot of stupid penalties this game. We likely would have been in this one without losing # 3 and #4 QB's, but the Eagles are a very strong team. I hate to lose too, but it happens. It was still a very good year and we should be very competitive for years to come.

You don't know that. Our SB is open for as long as we can keep a talented roster. I heard we have like 20 FA's this off season.

Most of our core is pretty much signed though.

Purdy is the biggest b***h I've ever met in my life. Don't want this guy anywhere near my team next season

Man I thought that injury looked veeerrrrrryyyyy weak. Like, really?

Have either of you had nerve issues in the arm or neck? Obviously no. Well I have there are times you cannot feel any of your fingers. Your elbow will sometimes throb beyond belief. The only thing that was weak was comments like these.

Yeah, you're kinda making my point. If he has an "injury" from THAT hit then he is made of bananas

The hit hyper extended his elbow. The nerves and ligaments are not ment to bend that direction that far with that force. Not sure what you don't understand.

It did NOT hyperextend it. Watch it again. I'm not saying he isn't injured. I'm saying it wasn't much of an impact.

I am not just talking about the last Trent Williams Play. There were a bunch of poor decisions on this team.
