Been slumming around the Denver forums and stumbled across this lil nugget. Anyone know if there's any truth to it?

Orlando Franklin went on various shows this week with a message for Bradley Chubb... And the Broncos D.

He goes, "Williams has a tell. When it's pass his left foot will be slightly farther back. When it's run he squares off. Chubb needs to pay attention to that and signal the rest of the D."

Hello Niners fans! I come in peace. I like to lurk in the opposing team's forum the week before the game to get a feel for how their fans are looking at the game. It looks like there's a lot of confidence in this place toward the 49ers this game. Understandable. You have a very good roster, great coach, and possibly a great defense. Allow me to weigh in on the Denver perspective.

The Broncos are a walking injury report. 2nd team all pro safety Justin Simmons is out. Jerry Jeudy probably won't play. Patrick Surtain, KaWaan Williams, DJ, Jones will play. About 8 others have an unknown status heading into the game. The Broncos are dead last in the NFL in red zone offense. It has been a gag reel inside the 5 yard line. 2 fumbles, 2 dropped passes, 2 receivers failed to get the 2nd foot down, and a TD called back over a penalty. On the flip side of that, the Broncos are leading the NFL in offensive yards per drive, so they are moving the ball better than any team in the NFL. The red zone break through will come. When it does, this will be a very good offense. The defense (much like the 49ers) has been great, but hasn't played against top competition. The Broncos pass rush is on point. There is a ton of talent there with Randy Gregory(1 sack, 4 pressures, 1FF, 2 TFL last game), Bradley Chubb (2 sacks in week 1), Dremont Jones (2 sacks last game), and Baron Browning. The interior line is stout with DJ Jones, as you all know. The secondary is solid, but the place this defense is most vulnerable is covering TE's and RBs over the middle of the field. So to no one's surprise it was a big blow to hear that Skittles will be making his season debut for the Niners. He could have a monster game.

Overall, the Niners have a big coaching advantage, and the Broncos have a big QB advantage. Good luck this week folks. Regardless of how this game ends, let's all hope for no major injuries to either team and a great game to watch.

Cheers.

I'm not sure about that QB advantage right now. Wilson has been struggling so far with his new team. Maybe the Seahawks knew something when they traded him.

Always been a fan of Denver (the city) and liked the team. Might move out there one day.

football wise we're a better overall team and while Wilson is more talented, I don't see him as an amazing QB for that system. He's a out of the pocket extending plays push the ball downfield QB. He's not a in the pocket timing QB imo.

I expect Denver to get better as the season goes. Week 3 I expect SF to win this game. Kittle gonna eat vs those safeties/LBers.

Denver's not a bad place to live. When I was a kid we used to go there to visit relatives and it was a real cow town. No pro franchises at all. Since then it's grown up and has some great restaurants and a franchise for every major sport. The only downside is the weather but if you're living in NY you're already used to cold in the winter.
Let's see how the portly hobbit does tomorrow.

I hate you with a passion I can't explain. Lol

Have a good flight.
In an alternate reality that almost happened here, Brock Purdy is starting this game…

Nice. Welcome and appreciate the take!
Welcome Broncosfan. Yeah, we know all about injuries here! Let's hope both teams get by without any more. Hope for a good tempered game. With us winning, obviously!

The Broncos are a walking injury report.

You gotta be kidding me!! You're telling me a fan of another team feels this way?

I thought that only....

Sidenote: Research the Rams and what they do. They have all the answers.

Check out last week's WSJ, "The Rams have a secret weapon" Great article on how the Rams stay healthier than most anyone else. They are treating their guys before injury sets in and are using digitized data of each players joints, cartilage, ligaments, muscles, tendons, and so on. And they check up on their guys weekly, whether injured (rare) or not. Give it a read.

Asking a dude who trolls the injury thread to read up and get educated on that subject is probably asking a bit too much.
