My 9-8 prediction might be right on this year if this is how the OL responds to NFL pressure.

We said there are 3 things (outside of Trey) that'll cost this team in the end: OL, S and SCB.

At least SCB looks good.

Everything's dependent on "IFs". Nothing groundbreaking here.
Over reacting to practice games now.

The Trey haters coming out their caves getting orgasms seeing him not complete anything not noticing he's running for his life with back up tackles playing. Y'all are pathetic

The Trey stans coming out blaming the oline. Not realizing that a mobile QB ALLEGEDLY didn't need an oline. Pathetic

You sound like a complete idiot who never seen a game of football till today. Since when does a mobile qb doesn't need a good oline? Every damn qb needs an oline a mobile qb just makes it easier to avoid sacks and extend plays

He's referring to the Jimmy haters who didn't like the "OL sucks" excuses for Jimmy. Who are now using that excuse for Trey, when they said that a mobile QB would make a bad OL look better.

THE OLINE DIDN'T SUCK LAST YEAR! IT HAD THREE PRO BOWLERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jesus fning chrimony….

Until the playoffs when they couldn't run block (<3 ypc) and had a 45% pressure rate. No biggie.

When the best tackle in football was playing on one leg? Yeah that would be an issue.

Lol. He's 1 dude. The entire OL was punked. But that definitely didn't help matters!

I don't know where you get your pressure rate stats from, but per Pro Football Reference, 49ers QBs were sixth best in pressure per dropback, at 19.3%.

He said playoffs, not regular season.
Ah, well, that's to be expected in the playoffs.

No. They were the worst out of 14 teams.

But were they? Here's Jimmy's pressure rate in the playoffs last year:

Pressures: 6+9+7

Attempts: 25+19+30

Pressure rate: 29.7%

Not 45%.

.
.
.
Burrow:

Pressures: 10+13+10+17
Attempts: 34+37+38+33

Pressure rate: 35.2

Not worst.

.
.
.

So yeah, no.

You've done it now.

loll....29%....45%. Same difference right?

If there were any tough decisions going into this game you have to think that Kyle has clarity on his 53 now.

Wow, watching that INT that Sammie Womack forced in the endzone That was a thing of beauty. No way he's not the starting Nickle.

He didn't give up. Haven't seen a CB that feisty on the Niners in forever

if anyone does not think we have a problem with the o line.. well. that is some super serious denial. i used to think 11 wins with this team. now 8 wit the current status of this line. and no i have no answers to fix it.. because THERE ARE NONE here two weeks before the season... they should have been more aggressive in free agency and drafted better. they poohed this area of the team and now are in a reaction mode on the eve of the season... the only hope is if we can crawl on our knees to some team to trade for a decent guy....... and no....... we can not have all pros at every spot........ just something better than what we currently have....... but to me.. this is the line we have and it inspires zero confidence and could derail the entire season... kyle and mr gold jacket

The O-line is definitely a concern and looks to be the weakest group of the team. However, there's a lot of new guys that will be playing together for the first time outside of a few practices where everyone was healthy at the same time and I've seen some O-lines look pretty bad for a few weeks to start a season before they start to gel and can actually make pretty significant improvements, which is what I hope happens with these guys.
This game will not be any near close to our 1st regular season game. Ball will be in the hands of playmakers and defense will be totally charge- up. Just hope Lance can manage the game as a young QB.

We also wont be missing the best LT in football.

Hard to manage when your running for your life on every down.
Trey Sermon has had three games to show his value to the 49ers. Other than one or two runs, he's flopped. He's still dancing around behind the LOS. It is frustrating to watch.

I predict he won't make the 53-man roster. He might make the practice squad, unless another interested team signs him.

I'm more concerned about the right side of the line though

it will help but he can not play all five spots and he is one twisted ankle away from . well,, must worse shape than what we are in now, and on a side note,, three pre season games is dumb,,,2 is enough
