Almost as sick of hearing this take as I am "Kyle gets his QBs injured." How about the QB develop some awareness? The reason Brady is playing until he's 50 is he knows when he's about to get hit and protects himself. It's great watching Brock stand in the pocket and deliver a pass right before taking a shot, but those shots are legal and any one of them can knock a guy out of the game or even the season. Purdy knew Reddick was coming and tried to get the pass off just before, but mistimed it.
For anyone that hasn't watched this game, there is a high likelihood the QB will get sacked or hit in every game, on every team. At some point the QB needs to protect himself. This happened at the beginning of the game. If he was getting pummeled throughout, maybe you could blame the blockers, but it is impossible to get through a game without the QB getting hit.
