It is. UCL sprain would be a blessing, fairly minor injury, no long term repercussions, especially with a whole offseason to recover. The only real worry is a UCL tear that is bad enough to require surgery, that would be catastrophic.
Hopefully just a UCL sprain.
If it is a tear, I really don't think we would have Purdy keep throwing short passes on the side line and in the game.

ive seen plenty take those hits to the arm like that and still play, Brock needs to hit the goddamn weight room, make those arms more flexible or fuking something. What a waste of a season

This is also true and a tear is pretty easily diagnosed but I'm still going to be nervous until official word comes down. Purdy has been such a bright spot for the team and the way he ran the offense as a late round rookie was pretty remarkable, especially when you compare to Johnson who is a 15 year veteran that should know the offense front and back and still managed to look lost.
Hoping for a good competition between Lance and Purdy.

Not sure how you think him lifting weights would improve the issue any. You get hit on the elbow at the wrong angle and you're going to be in a world of hurt, no matter if you're 150 pounds or a 280 pound bodybuilder.

Just a heads up, putting anyone bringing up Kaepernick on TO. Its basically trolling at this point, guy is out of the game for six years now, he's not a realistic option for this team or any other. If you really have a burning need to bring him up, take it to the Parking Lot where non-athletes are discussed.
