When they do block for him with a clean pocket he is real good.

Brock Purdy was at his best targeting in-breaking routes against the Eagles, completing 12 of 17 for 208 yards, 2 TD & INT.

The Eagles defense allowed a league-low 51.9% completion percentage against in-breakers during the regular season (best mark in NGS era).#SFvsPHI | #FTTB pic.twitter.com/VqumNBhBWe

I think our o line needs to step it up but also have recognize that the Seattle and Philly have awesome d lines - specifically sacking. Easily top 4 in the nfl with Texans and Denver.
so as much as I want them to improve, those are tall tasks for any o line. Just play better than week 17.
Sure and those d lines aren't going away. They have to look to upgrade wherever possible, especially LG and C.
Just the Seahawks man handled us but we were also missing Trent. Seahawks really brutalized us, Brock was getting hit before he finished a 3 step drop. Lol
i hope we kick their effins asses. Wouldn't that be great

Pocket presence on the game winning TD pass was elite.
On the game-winning drive, Brock Purdy was 5 of 7 for 42 yards and a touchdown, while also picking up a first down with a 5-yard scramble.

Purdy now has FOUR game-winning fourth-quarter drives in seven postseason games to his credit.

Came through when it counted. If we had lost though no doubt we'd be blaming him. Oline played well and he made some awful decisions. But came through in the clutch and glad that he's our QB

I will be honest. I didn't like the two interceptions. Brock you can throw away the ball. You don't have to force everything. The first one specially on first down IIRC, you can't do that in a PO game.
That being said, the Niners just won a game at Philadelphia against an almost 100% Eagles Team.
The Niners offense had a really good game against a Vic Fangio Defense. Ask Josh Allen and the Bills if it's easy to play against that Defense.
And Purdy against a ferocious front seven was always calm in the pocket. He had some big throws on third down, only one sack taken.
He used his legs and everytime he does it, he kills the opponent.
The guy was clutch on the last TD drive.
Again no Aiyuk, no Deebo, no Kittle unfortunately, no Warner, no Bosa, no Greenlaw and yet the Niners are again in the Divisional Round.
He's showing that indeed like Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch said he's worth every dollar he's gonna be paid.
You must defeat Brock Purdy to stand a chance. pic.twitter.com/wIMpEcVQhq

The improvisation, pocket presence and making throws in tight windows that he has no business making, the forced throws into tight windows that he has no business attempting that end up getting picked off. The high level performance in the clutch that makes you forget about the crazy INT he made a few drives earlier.
