defenses just waiting/lingering towards the middle now.

The league always finds the blueprint, it never fails. It's on the coaches to solve the problem, and now after 3 games Shanny is still stumped!

Hope keep improve the games next games.. keep be patience for while.. we need fixing for defense and fixing for mistake plays with offense score and fixing for call plays!!

I have to say that pillbusta is right this team moved on from Trey due to the fact they stated it was a Superbowl team and did not have time to wait for a QB to develop. Which is what we are doing now? (and I think they should have I liked Trey but did not like the fit)

Purdy is the least of our worries. The big issue is the identity of this team. Defense and running the ball needs to step up. Purdy was never carrying this team on his back.

Brock Purdy was the only reason we were in this game for much of it. Bad turnovers that need to be cleaned up but he was hardly the biggest issue.
he's the reason we lost also

No he isn't. Stop it.

3 4th quarter turnovers by Brock. 5 4th quarter turnovers in two games.

Cool. You still aren't correct.

Ok, sure. I'm sure that the winning percentage of teams whose QB turns it over 3 times in the 4th quarter is fantastic.

The wine and cheese crowd made excuses why Trey shouldn't play since he was drafted and now here we are with Brock as QB1 looking like real dumbasses right now

Your boy Trey can't even get activated on game day and is developing wonderfully by holding a clipboard with the Cowboys.

It is dumbassery to draft a project QB third overall and then fail to make the investment in him like PHI did. It's asinine! Now when you forego developing Trey because "you know we got a Super Bowl team you know" well then hell we better see some damn results

Three firsts! And we play the guy four damn games! Then we decide we're smarter than the NFL because we found pigskin Jesus at number 247 overall or whatever it was

Man this is crazy and we are getting what we deserve right now. I thought after we had the best defense in 2019 and lost to Mahomes Kyle had an epiphany. Then when Josh Allen walked all over us the following year he drafted Trey and I knew we'd turned a corner from Hoyer Jimmy and whoever that third rd WB was we drafted.

I thought we knew we needed to mold our own stud and have a guy that could be a consistent playmaker. Instead Kyle wants a "guy that can run his system". That's fine and all but I would rather draft a stud and then build a system around him

But let's see if Kyle and Brock can outsmart the league and win the chip is what I'll root for next half the season but it doesn't mean I'll like it

I think Kyle thought he outsmarted the whole league by trading up to get Trey but in reality he outsmarted himself.

Kyle most likely after seeing the development...or lack of development rather, the team decided to cut ties.

I don't think Trey was the answer. I hoped and still hope Purdy can navigate through these deep waters and get his confidence back. Defenses are also more aware of his tendencies and are playing against him better.

Purdy isn't ELITE like many have stated but he is good. He should be serviceable if the team gets get back to playing stellar D and minimizing the mistakes.

Go Niners!

So Trey is suppose to know their entire playbook right away Einstone? Your post shows the intellect level of Brock fanboys... Keep sucking his midget pecker fanboy, you're due for a hard fall.

Yes! That must be it! Trey still has to learn the Cowboys' playbook. That must be the sole reason why he's still QB3.

More like the league is now fully aware of Purdy's tendencies.

it's up to Shanny to help him fix that

Heck the first INT was not a tendency it was a pure FUp. He should have handed the ball off or just ran with the ball and went down.

He's far from the problem, but I'm not convinced he's the answer either.

Most of his picks are all right down the middle. The league knows exactly where he wants to go on critical passing plays.

what's crazy is why doesn't Shanny see this, and why can't he counter scheme
I still have faith in Brock to right the ship over the course of the season. That being said, after he took over for Jimmy last year, he did throw quite a few turnover-worthy balls. It's just that he was incredibly lucky that the defenders always dropped those wayward passes. That luck had to run out at some point, which is what we are seeing right now. Hopefully, Brock will learn from this and try to be more careful with the football moving forward.

I can see those has tendencies but the one on the missed handoff that was just a pure mess up.
