Amazes me that this is your takeaway from the game today. The interceptions didn't cost us the game. We were already losing.

When you need to score points, INTs don't help you and prevents you from scoring. We are not talking about 1st qtr turnover here

Brock Purdy is the least of my concerns right about now. Burrow went 28 of 32. Let's focus on this this stat. Our defense is putrid. We won't win too more games playing this soft mushy uninspired football and championship ball starts on defense.

Some were worried about this team peaking to soon. I guess we don't have to worry about that anymore.

On that 2nd INT, he had Ray McCloud wide open on a deep corner

this guy isn't him sadly.

some good plays / moments, but he didn't play well imo, he was turning it over at an alarming rate there at the end, even one pick taken off the board for a pretty soft roughing

purdy is solid. Those turnovers are going to happen for a while.. he has a lot of football to play in order to grow and refine his trade. if we don't shore up our o line he may not get the opportunity. Under relentless pressure. our protection and run blocking disappeared.. that's on the o line… if you are forced to pass it always ends badly. One dimensional offense + a defense that can't get off the field = MORE LOSSES.

58.3 QBR this game. Good for a bit better than average, 15th in the NFL. I have no idea how though, given the impact of those two interceptions. This needs to stop. I don't know what's going on, but he has regressed. It's not like teams "figured him out." I feel like he's playing out of structure too much I think, locking on to targets, and making dumb decisions.

Look, if you're okay with "decent" or "solid" when he was playing like an elite QB earlier, I don't know what to tell you. But something isn't right. And call me a hater, but if this continues another game or two I'm gonna start thinking long and hard about Darnold.

He is likely feeling effects from the concussion still..which is why I was kinda wanting Sam to play have BP rest. I think they pushed it....and hello..how many times so we have to say our D sucks until Wilks is bye bye?
This isn't normal for Brock, so maybe he has time to heal after the bye and get back to his enlarged self. He will return to full BCB status..I believe lol.
