Jimmy is at worst a top 15 QB when healthy. He does all the important stuff right and can lead any organization to some W's. He's talented. He just not an all time great, that's all. He should be starting in this league.
Who are these teams? I mean seriously. I am having trouble naming ONE team, let alone "tons of teams."

stats, yes he's not a stat god. but our coach isn't a pass happy coach also.
Lol. I guess he just doesn't like Jimmy as much as he did Cousins, Ryan, or even Matt Schuab. Must be some vendetta against Jimmy bc he had those QBs throw the ball plenty.

Texans when/if they reade Watson
I live in DC and they all would rather roll with Fitzpatrick then Jimmy G

The FO is hoping some starter goes down for a legit contender, then they might be desperate enough for a 2nd.

FWIW Jimmy was also ranked 21st by a panel made up of GMs/coaches (50 total) and 17th overall after the 2019 season, so either NFL personnel across the league is completely wrong on James or some of our fan base might have a little favoritism towards their QB?
I guess that same logic goes for Jimmy Ward. That same panel that you were talking about did not rank Jimmy Ward in the top 15 safeties so I don't think that's a good standard to set NY. That was based on a bunch of things but since they did not even have Eddie Jackson in the top 10 I don't know how much credibility you want to put into that. Many NFL coaches execs scouts can be wrong especially if in recent history that player has had injuries to deal with like Jimmy G (himself and the team at a historical level) and the team has not done well record wise last year. Jimmy Ward was in fact healthy last year and he still didn't make that list of top 15 so he has no excuse. Just wanted to point that out.

OK so since Watson hasnt been traded, then your answer is also zero.

I guess people forget that we were the best running team in the league in 2019. Baltimore had more yards but that was because of their quarterback running. So yeah, I guess having the most dominant run game in the league and running over teams should cause our coach to start passing. Jimmy seemed to do fine when we were behind against teams like the Saints and cards. Even our players were screaming keep running the ball in the playoffs. (Kittle much!!!) But hey some fans just don't...... never mind. Can't really blame them

I think you're both correct. Jimmie Ward isn't good.

The biggest issue against moving Jimmy is his salary. If he was a 5-10 mill a year there would be more interest. But 25+ with his health history and penchant for the bonehead turnover? Not sure how much Fitzpatrick is making but I am sure it is much less than JG.
