Nice. I might even say instead of benching Brunskill have him replace MM at RT
You nailed pretty much everything I'd do. I wouldn't even try and trade Pettis and Witherspoon I'd just hand them their walking papers and tell them to get the f**k outta here Ari Gold style. I'd have Verrett stay as my starter and see if Moseley whos more physical can play in the slot and have Sherm and Verrett on the outside. And I'd have an open competition at RT between Brunskill and McGlinchey.
Nicely put OTC, I agree and add more screen plays to get players in space to get yardage so the box can't be stacked. Keep force feeding kittle the ball over the middle, run the clock down to keep our defense rested.
Extremely knee jerk reaction: wait for Atlanta to field calls for Matt Ryan, cut Jimmy G and trade for him

I agree with your suggestions though
put Garappolo on short term IR until his ankle heals up and he stops having poor excuses. Start Beathard. Give him all the 1st team reps starting this week.

Ask Beathard to throw deep a couple of times just to let the safeties and corners back off. Doesn't really matter if he misses. Just make sure he's not throwing ducks for easy interceptions. I think his arm is at least better than Garappolos

If Beathard can hit 1 or 2 deep passes, then it will be good. Then you won't see those 8 man boxes anymore. Start pounding the rock all the time even if you're losing with the real star on offense that is Mostert. it should be 70:30 run pass ratio because your quarterbacks aren't good enough.

Maybe call some slants and quick throws to see if Beathard has improved at all as a passer, but most likely he hasn't. Don't count on it.

Ask Saleh to start blitzing more since you don't have all your horses on the d-line. Stop relying on just a 4 man rush to get to the QB. They can't get to the QB. Need more creative ways to get to the quarterback.

All in all, a brutal schedule. You will probably not win most of the games in the upcoming stretch, but you might get 1 or 2 lucky wins.

You're right I forgot about that. I would absolutely play Sherman and Jason at the outside and Moseley in the slot at this point to keep our best guys on the field.
Also on these zero blitzes, great time to call a crack-back block by a big receiver or tight end to take out a bunch of guys and spring a big gain on a toss play.

QB: Play Mullens until Jimmy is healthy enough to drive on his throws. Tell Mullens to take care of the ball and play within his limits. He probably wants to get flashy for the money, but that's not his game.
When Jimmy comes back, let him throw it. We need answers whether Jimmy can/has improve or not. He needs to show what he can do without pass plays being schemed up. He's supposed to look better and more comfortable this season.

RG: Yeah McKivitz, sure. I'm not seeing anything good with Brunskill at guard.

RT: Bench McG and put Brunskill at RT. Brunskill looked okay there last season at OT. McG needs to gather his thoughts and re-focus on what made him a respectable player.

Defense needs its DBs back. It was already a suspect position group, even worse with 4th stringers. In the meantime, consider more base personnel (Warner, Kwon, Dre) to matchup with opposing teams 11 personnel. SEA did it last season because their nickel personnel sucked, so they played 3 LBs even when the offense had 3 WRs on the field.

Can't do much about the starting DEs out. Saleh can scheme up pressures but harder to do when there's little confidence at the CB spot not named Verrett, and no KWaun Williams. Hoping Moseley's concussion heals soon.

I consider these minor tweaks.

yes,, other teams see what we see , esp with pettis.. just dump petttis and taylor. never run jet on fourth and short anymore. yes,, set jimmy until he is 100 per cent. basically internally coaches need to see who wants to play and who is just loafing

1. Mullens gives us our best chance for offense to reach full potential. Jimmy was giving EVERY excuse before last year on how little experience he had. Mullens has less.

He very likely isnt long term answerbut i truly believe if he had JGs experience and trust he would be better fit for us.

2. I'm with you on the RG.

3. More plays under center and less shotgun stuff. ESPECIALLY on 4th and 1 or whatever it was.

4. Im with you on Moore

Beathard is the same guy he was when he got beat out by Mullens. His prevent defense performance from the Eagles nothing more than a mirage due to the prevent defensive nature. We see what he was when he started the 2nd half
Start Beathard. Draft the tackle from Oregon round 1. Draft a guard in round 2. Draft a center in round 4. Draft best cb/passrusher available.
First off I'm making Nick the backup again. I think it was totally unfair to demote him after one bad start. If Jimmy can't play Nick would get the start. CJ Beathard is not even an average starting QB in any form or fashion.

I would give McKivitz a look at RG as well. Make Brunskill the Swing Tackle.

I'm telling Kendrick Bourne he needs cut down on the drops or he's going to lose snaps to Kevin White. This is year 4 and he needs to stop acting so goofy on and off the field and be more consistent by taking his craft more seriously.

I'm releasing Pettis and giving his spot to Kevin White. Pettis just isn't tough enough mentally or physically for my team.

Defensively until Moseley or Sherman returns to the starting lineup. I would move Jamar Taylor outside and ask Ward to cover the slot. That also lets me take another look at Moore at FS.

Greenlaw is my new starting weakside linebacker. Kwon simply misses too many tackles and makes too many mental mistakes. Kwon can be the SAM LB in the mean time.

The Dline and the rotation would remain the same. I'm pretty pleased with that group overall.

FIRE THE MISSILES
Yup I agree. Definitely add more roll outs and boot legs. Cut the field in half for our QB, like mcvay has done for Goff. And when jimmy comes back go back to the 2017 offense he ran. I feel Kyle complicates things too much, but jimmy ain't a Matt Ryan (mentally) simplifying things will make him much better.
