Ayuik was running some nasty routes but that doesn't help if you drop the ball. There was a couple plays that he wasn't on the same page as Purdy and ran shallow

Not sure why he hesitated after the cut but it cost him a step that made the catch a little harder but still was pretty easy.

Yeah, I don't get how he dropped this. It literally hit him in his hands. That's 6 right there if Aiyuk doesn't drop it.

It seemed kind of odd how he was trying to catch it. Almost think you'd want your hands underneath it instead of attacking it high like BA did. It seemed like an almost perfect throw from Purdy.

He's not that caliber WR, which probably lets us resign him to a good contract.

I may have posted this already, but Aiyuk in tough weather conditions/physical games tends to underperform. Packers playoffs game he was ghost after having that turnover and Deebo carried that team on his back. He really needs to embrace the physical mentality rather than finesse in these type of games, even though he is a great route runner.
