5 of Aiyuks 6 catches came on FIRST DOWN

This would never happen with any other Niner qb. The trust Shanahan has in Brock is just as much of not more than the trust Brock has in Aiyuk.

This offense if finally top 3 in the NFL if not 1st if you consider the balance we can have in the run game

Sick s**t. I've been claiming he is easily a top 10-15 wr but just doesn't get the targets on this offense. If he was on the Vikings he would easily be a 1500 yard wr with at least 12 tds

He is on pace for like 1450 yards and 9 TD's and that is after missing a game.
stud but he is playing himself out of a payday with the 9ers, that is my fear
Aiyuk has 320 yards and 2 TD's after 4 games. He actually really sat 1 out because of injury. So it's really just 3 games. For NFL statistics are all games across the whole year. Whether you played in it or not. Which may be unfortunate but it's the reality.

17 game projection. Possibly a little different because he missed one game. That could change the calculation. He may or may not miss more.

1,360 yards. 9 TD's.
We really need to find a way to resign BA. He's gonna cost a lot, but man is he on the same page as Purdy and it's a beautiful thing to watch.

Honestly, all Purdy needs to continue to play at the level he is currently playing is BA & CMC.

If he is about every dollar, he is gone. If he is about "right around top dollar" and staying with a contender they have a chance to retain him.

when rubber meets the road, we can trade Deebo and pay BA
Gray in the pipeline, and draft another round 1-3 guy, KS can groom WRs, this is proven

Trading Deebo only saves the team $6M in 2024, and we can keep BA & Deebo long term, no need to cut or trade anyone in 2024.

I agree there's no need to trade Deebo, but I could see another team throwing more money at Aiyuk than we could, which was the context of my reply.

If any of these WR had brains they would make sure they are going to a team with good QB and offense etc, but many do not.

BA can be extended long before he's a FA, so we will have the first mover advantage, can always tag as well
