Excellent rush by Kinlaw. Closes distance, draws hands and smokes the guard with a counter club. Gotta love seeing Kinlaw capitalizing on the 1-on-1, winning outside of his power rush and smoking this dookie guard.

Rude.
The sack was nice but I haven't seen improvement with his pad level this preseason. He's getting pushed in the run game against backups. I worry our run defense will be much worse this season after losing DJ.

I don't think he won a single rep last game. So I'll take this one.

He's was getting pushed all around. We're going to really miss DJ.

He's not being pushed around against the run. If anything that's where he excels.

Wasn't last week his first game in ages because of injury?

not sure what you lot expect from someone who is making a comeback from surgery.

smh

Kinlaw has all the tools to be a great run defender. But when his pad level is high and he's not using his hands… he definitely can get pushed around and yes it did happen.
I only watched a few plays but didn't see kinlaw get pushed around and the vikes don't many rushing yards so idk

He was pushed around in some plays but not all the time like some guys are saying.

However Javon is still way behind DJ Jones in run defense. His pad level is just too high.

Everyone pray for the health of Kinlaw

I have to watch the game again too, but from what I remember - I didn't feel he got pushes around.

Was he playing against their backups though? ( I actually missed the game )
His limping celebration had me worried he got hurt.
