Will move but not by much. More public money is on KC and the Over. Sharp money is on SF and the under right now. That's why not a big spike in movement

That's what I thought too. The pros look at all aspects of a team and the Niners are clearly more balanced and capable of winning in different ways. The general fan looks the flashy big plays that KC makes but they aren't going to win on the ground or with D. Kind of one dimensional.

That is exactly what two former executives stated on NFL radio, the host (whose name I forgot), and Bill Polian, former GM of Indianapolis. They said they were confident that Reid would instruct Spagnuolo, Chiefs DC, to sell out to stop the run against the Niners and make us win by passing. It is easier said than done, though, and Kyle will design plays in anticipation of this strategy. It's like us saying we have to bottle up Mahomes and slow down the Chiefs passing game. Good strategies, but you have to execute. In 2018, Jimmy was able to hit Kittle a lot. Our receivers at that time were inferior. Garçon had some drops and Goodwin is limited in what he offers. I think Jimmy will be able to pass against them this year, make them respect it, then we'll start mixing in the run to keep them off balance. Both Breida and Alfred Morris ran well against the Chiefs.

The bigger thing wasn't that Mahomes wasn't making plays, the Colts ran the ball all over the Chiefs. They controlled the ball and took away chances for Mahomes to score.

It really is that simple.
