I don't know. If you take a look at the Ravens-Browns highlights package, you'll see Mayfield scanning the field more than a few times for a second and third option. He's not as successful as he is on the first read throws, but he still manages to make the throw and get results.
What really concerns me is the edge pressure the Browns were putting on Baltimore's QB. They were in his face all game long.
I watched the coaches film and the ravens have terrible pass rushers, the whole defense was playing undisciplined as hell. Johnny D diagrammed how they completely blew assignments on that 88 yard run, and I watched the game to see if it was isolated sloppiness, and it was not. If we do not get all loose with the football and turn it over, and play disciplined, we have a very good chance. I think it comes down to coaching, and I trust Shanahan far more than Kitchens.
