Seems like you are running out of descriptions for the plays real fast. If you just stamped/titled each play--quarter, time, down & distance, run/pass
Similar to #3 and #4

Great job highlighting Freddy Warner on the Dalton sack, jd. I also noticed Fred immediately hunting for that crosser on the broadcast. The little things like this add up!

This is the other throw that may have looked like an inaccurate pass but the ball placement was intentional. This is the pass that looked as if James was underthrown (2Q 3rd & 12).
CIN show pressure but will drop 7 into coverage.
To Jimmy's right is a route combination designed to beat Cover3 or Cover 2.

This is the coverage drops CIN will take as both DLmen on the left side of the OL will drop to coverage and they bring the slot CB on a rush. Red are underneath zones, blues are deep. Still rushing 4.

It's Tampa 2 and the hole in Tampa 2 is the same as in Cover2 - behind the flat defender, in front of the safety. It's a pretty fancy rotation here by CIN, but they do it to put a safety near Kittle's area.

When a QB and WR read Cover2 with a sideline route, the WR is to slow down his route. He is in no rush to get close to the safety. The QB cannot lead his WR up the sideline, he has to throw it short where the safety has a longer distance to get to the ball.

The throw looked like it was behind James, which it was, intentionally. James has to adjust and expect the short throw. It did hit him in the hands. This is actually good ball placement, juuuust over the CB, along the sidelines, far as possible from the safety.

What I loved is how Jimmy gave the corner a little bit of shoulders to get him to hold up just a half step to open up RJJ's route. It wasn't much but just enough.

The 49ers defense is showing new tendencies this season and especially in this game where they did not call their typical Cover3 on 1st and 2nd downs, a tendency they had from the past two seasons. In this game they showed much more variety of coverage than they ever have under Saleh - speaking on a per game basis. It's only been one game that CIN can study this new 49er defense, and having new tendencies means opposing OCs see new looks in situations they have not seen on film, and it can cause some bad playcalls.
Kwon had a series of plays where it seemed like he was everywhere on the field. It ended with his INT, but it started off with him showing the ability to be around the ball.
This is at the 2 minute warning 1st & 10. In past seasons, this was a Cover3 down for the 49ers. It was their go-to coverage call on many 1st downs. CIN dials up All Curls to horizontally stretch the underneath defenders.
But the 49ers are calling Cover2 zone and it's very difficult to horizontally stretch 5 underneath zone defenders. CIN called this to beat Cover3.

Kwon knows he has help to the inside (Warner) so the route from the #3 WR does not threaten him. He can cheat over to the lone WR on his side. Bosa already commanding RB to stay in to block, removing him as a route runner. Each route taken away hurts an offense's ability to manipulate zone coverage. 4 routes does not stretch/flood zones like 5 routes.

Kwon reading QB's eyes.

2Q 1st & 10.
This is the play Kwon finished with a head spin after he clobbered the RB. CIN again calls for a horizontal stretch across the LB level defenders. Orange + red + yellow is Spacing and green/purple just put more across the LB level. 49ers call Cover 1 Robber. Tartt drops down to rob the weakside Hook.

This isn't that same old Cover3 on 1st down team, CIN, stop trying to stretch the underneath zones. Curl routes are tough to get open versus man coverage. And they are only open for that split second the WR curls, if open at all. Tartt robbing weakside helps to defend against slants from the X and crossers from the strongside.

DeFo with that arm over move gets through and forces Dalton to get rid of it.

RB: "thanks a lot Dalton"

WILLIAM JACKSON III
Cornerback
What were they doing offensively that was so difficult?
"They came out with a lot of gadget plays. They used every trick in the book."
They ran an offense that made you defend every blade of grass, what's that like?
"It's about having the right eyes and being in the right spot. They clearly play some Madden. We have to come back next week and get a win, and this will blow over.

Kwon started this drive hot and ended it with an INT. Here he sticks to Eifert like glue as the 49ers show off their new T-E stunt tandem of Buck and Bosa.
The yellow route is drawn as the actual path that Eifert took. Cover 1 Robber.

Kwon takes outside leverage to funnel towards his help, the robber (Warner), and middle deep safety. KWilliams rushing from the slot forces the RB to stay in to block.

Kwon has walled off Eifert and caused him to take a very curved, impeded path. Moore and Spoon are 2v2 pattern matching the WRs inside/outside. Both Moore and Spoon jump the curl.

As Eifert breaks towards the outside, Kwon, with outside leverage is in position to defeat the route. Dalton throws it anyway.

At the line, DJJ is to cross the center's face to draw the center away from helping on the Buckner/Bosa stunt.

Buckner has a hold of the LG's arm, preventing the LG from blocking Bosa.
