They were not together in MIA. Foester left MIA in 2017. Kocurek came to MIA in 2018.

Whether I agree with his personal choices or not as long as he's not hurting anyone I don't care about his personal life.
He hasn't harmed anyone but himself AFAIK. If he can help the 49ers I am all for the hire.
Doesn't sound like his work is in question, just his personal lifestyle.

I just read he was hired during the off season. I think they just wanted to add an experienced coach on offense at is a very young staff. Good hire IMO

Really? But is he just joining the staff now or has he been here all along and none of the beat writers connected with lines.
