In this years draft we should build up our D and become the Monsters of the West. Build up our O-Line in the later rounds...

How many first round picks do you think we have?

Apparently 5

Not only that we apparently got Myles Garrett for little to know draft compensation.

Lol for real.
Man fellas is seems like 2019 was so long ago.
We can all debate the plan this offseason……all things considered I agree with a lot of the pieces we let go and with the plan to get younger fast.
We're fortunate to have this draft be so strong at our biggest weakness.

But what I'm really struggling with is bringing in ZERO veteran pieces along the defensive line while we put a ton of draft capital at the position.
There's no chance of landing 3 starters on the line in one draft. Can any reasonable people here try to explain the thought process not bringing in any veterans to help take the pressure off the rookies?

It's a risky approach for the DL in 2025, but I'm low-key hyped because it means they're finally going to wild in the draft rebuilding the DL. This is a crazy deep DL class, and I want to see John Lynch completely replenish the entire unit with young talent at every spot from end and 3tech to base nose.

I agree…it's a great draft to go crazy at d-line and completely rebuild. But that means completely ignoring other needs to do so.
We desperately need a starting edge opposite Bosa but it feels like we have to trade back from 11 and get more picks.

We probably just need 2 starters out of the draft. DE and DT/NT. Elliot can probably start ant 1 DT spot and maybe Even Anderson gets better.

What DT's could be available for trade? Now that run stopper Dalvin Tomlinson went to NFCW rival Arizona, the market kinda sucks. Trade is the way to go!!

It's over bro. We aren't signing or trading for any player of real value. Jed has closed his purse. Time to face the facts and move on to the draft.

This is what I'm wondering, if they're going to make a trade for a talented DL guy that can plug in right away as a quality starter.

Elliot stinks and Anderson is a question marks. Gonna be tough sledding. Not to mention out of about 7/8 drafts they have only drafted 2 quality d lineman. And all of us would've drafted Bosa. They've done a better job coaching up lower tiered fa's than their drafts picks. They got much more out of Ebukam, Key & Omenihu than Thomas, Kinlaw, J(ackson
