Very legal and very cool.

Isn't that old news? Lol
Restructuring Bosa's contract can help us with cap space.

I understand that it's not the player's fault if they get injured but the reality is that Nick did get injured last year and missed the entire season. I hate to say it, but he sort of owes the 49ers back something in my opinion and I think should be open to having his contract restructured.

Pretty sure it happens. His freaking cap hit is almost $42M

Bosa is in the doghouse for missing now 2 seasons. Even though no one will openly admit it 😂🤣

This upcoming season is a big one for bosa. He needs to show up because he's been pretty avg the last two seasons let alone unavailable

Well he earned a pro bowl in 2024 and dude looked like he was going to have a hell of a season before he got hurt. 17 tackles, 4TFL, 2 sacks, 2 FF, and a fumble recovery in essentially 2 games

He's at 11 sacks over two seasons and a cap hit of just over $41 million for 2026.

Yeah because he blew out his ACL The fact he can miss an entire seasons worth of games the last two years and still be considered "average" is hilarious 😂 I get the injury concerns but what exactly are you implying? We go to the contract table and offer him an extension based on those #s?
I know it's not Bosa's fault that he got injured, but he's just not cutting it. That's the sad reality.

And bringing his brother here isn't going to make anything better.

Not considering him avg but he's not lived up to his end of the massive contract they signed. He's going to be 29 next season and his production has dropped while the money he's getting paid is going up. It's also his 3rd major ACL injury in his career. His Cap hit in 2027 is currently $52 million dollars...so yes I believe he's got to prove in 26' that he's worth that money or the 49ers need to decide if they should move on from a bad deal.

Bosa definitely makes the rest of the defense better but he's been a little disappointing as far as his sack production. In 7 seasons he's had two really good seasons with 18 nd 15 sacks and one other one with 10. I know some of that is because of injuries but that's part of the game. He's good at defending the run but he's not an elite pass rusher at this point of his career. Coming off another knee injury isn't going to help.

It'll definitely sucks, but he's not going anywhere. He's a top 3 DE when healthy, it's just those two ACLs which there isn't really anything he can do about. Outside of those he's only missed 3 games
