I love Deebo being on our team; but, think the $$$ ask (if accurate) is way more than he's worth. Didn't Kyle talk about expensive wide receivers a couple years ago and how it can hurt your team in the long run.
Kyle and John know better how Deebo fits into 2022 with Lance at QB. My opinion, and I don't have facts other than watching games, is that Lance and BA are going to connect more than Lance and Deebo.
I'd say, if it's a 1 and 2, take the picks. If it's anything less, Deebo can take the extension we offer or choose to sit out or play out his existing contract.

2nd half of the year when he "carried us" after we made him our RB2 he also was our WR2.
3-5 when he was up there in receiving. 7-2 with him as RB2/WR2. 6-2 with him as he missed one game.
Those last 9 games (7-2)
Deebo 28 catches, 523 yards, 3 TDs
Aiyuk 34 catches, 596 yards, 3 TDs
Kittle 46 catches, 582 yards, 5 TDs
An upgrade of RBs can take over the rushing aspect (360 yards and 8 TDs).

Could this be deebos last day as a niner? My guess is we're hoping that Jermaine Johnson or Garrett Wilson is on the board then we will pull the trigger. I wasn't expecting the first round to be potentially exciting for us, but we'll see.
