Then most of that practice they are dancing around to rap music while giving each other high fives. I blame Kyle for putting in a soft culture. When we had jimmy harbs this team was tough because they worked hard like real men. Iron sharpens iron

Are you at practice? Can you cite sources for this or are you just making stuff up.

The team's snapchat videos. What you want to me save them ?

I'm a firm believe you need at least one dog on each side of the ball. Not a trouble-maker. Just someone who goes out every game willing to run through brick wall to get the W. Someone who's willing to send a message when given the opportunity.

Right now, I feel like the team is content with bring good ol' buddies -- friends. That's great. But you're not winning. Bring in guys who want to be great. Not just like football and hanging out together. Bring in those OBJ's, Dez Bryant's, Earl Thomas type players with their attitudes. You don't need a whole team of them. One or two of those personalities permeates the entire team.

Richard Sherman was a good start. They need one or two more that won't put up with these young guys getting burnt and arm tackling.

So snapface videos have told you they spend more time dancing then practicing?

Maybe if that Tom Brady guy spent more time practicing instead of twerking (I saw it on Instachat) his team would be 3-1 and not getting beat by the Lions. Maybe if Peyton Manning spent more time practicing instead of dancing he would have had more Super Bowl rings?

Right?

You saw the visible frustration on Sherman's face at the lack of discipline on this team during those preseason videos. Can't imagine what he must be feeling now. A lot of regret.

By your logic we should injure the players in practice, not wait for game injuries.

So if our players make a rap video, they will become great? Someone holla at Rueben Froster to get them boys in the studio. Can't wait to hear Staley singing that hook.

Bet these guys can get Kanye to produce the beat.

This isn't really even news. It's been discussed at length by members of the media.

The conditioning I think is definitely a problem. I know they can only practice a little bit, so they need to go hard during that time. I dont think they have been. Once the year goes on think we'll get healthier, but we gotta get off to healthier starts. Shanahan has to learn the value of strength and not just speed.
What does the poll mean. The D can't tackle. Does that mean soft? Then the D is soft.
