Right now, I feel like the team is content with bring good ol' buddies -- friends. That's great. But you're not winning. Bring in guys who want to be great. Not just like football and hanging out together. Bring in those OBJ's, Dez Bryant's, Earl Thomas type players with their attitudes. You don't need a whole team of them. One or two of those personalities permeates the entire team.
Richard Sherman was a good start. They need one or two more that won't put up with these young guys getting burnt and arm tackling.
I agree, two "dawgs" is really a minimum. We lack that strong voice on either side of the ball, we lack swagger and grit
