what is sad,. they may be better than what we have now.. elijah lee? coyle is not every day starter material. i do not care about what some say about eli setting some sort of a edge. he is trash to me. smith is average at best and coming off injuries. foster. well . we know. and then i chuckle when some rip the rams linebackers.. have they took a serious look at ours??

Dude. A few things

1- setting the edge in this scheme by our SAM is equally important and him being able to rush the passer. It's absolutely ESSENTIAL that our SAM hold the edge.

2- Coyle is one of the better backup MLB's in the game.

3- Malcolm Smith is an IDEAL fit as a WILL in this scheme and with Reuben we might have the 2 fastest linebackers in the league. He is a very good player.

Most reasonable posters agree that this team still has it's fair share of holes. Talk about the Rams' linebackers usually comes up in response to when somebody goes into talk about super rams mode. It's fair to point out that while they have a lot of talent, their roster still has it's vulnerable spots as well.
