If harbs were hc and kyle oc harbs would fire kyle because kyle would never allow kap at qb. Or kyle would resign.

I would however prefer harbs defensive roster.

Can we get that?

Who's to blame for that?????

The gm that shipped Alex off to kc with no plan nor replacement?

Or the guy that coaches the players on the field???

Can't coach a qb that's not on our squad...

Another Baalke blunder conveniently blaming Harbaugh.

Can we get this!!!!!????

Jeez louise!!!

Guys, Just say you don't like the him for personal reasons unknown?
And we all can rest.

Yeah, Shanny and Lynch have a good chemistry going.

That was Mike Mularkey whose 1978 passing offense is currently ruining Marcus Mariota.

Yet Baalke can't find a job and Harbaugh is still working and still the nfl is wanting him?

Who could have gotten along with baalke?

Fresh off the press from his peers... For a second i thought baalke still worked here or something

Thank god bias doesn't count on this poll...

I think it is pretty early but if Shanahan happens to win a SB down the road, he easily leapfrogs Harbaugh who had a nice run but couldnt win it all.

I'll take a SB however they can get it but Shanahan's approach is far closer to this team's identity established by Bill Walsh as being innovative and aggressive offensively.

Harbaugh's approach made this organization Chicago West basically.

Happy to have the 49ers mantle of exciting and cutting edge offense back again.

"In Harbaugh's one NFL stop in San Francisco, he took over a 6-10 team and went 44-19 over the next four seasons ― which included a heartbreaking three-point loss in Super Bowl XLVII. Before that, he inherited a 1-11 Stanford team and went 29-21 over four seasons. Most recently, he inherited a 5-8 Michigan team and has gone 28-11 in the three seasons since."

Facts.. Chris Carter is a f**king buckeye hater!!!

Note: He did it with baalke as his gm
These are facts of life that we must honor and not bring emotions into play.. He isn't #2 nor #3 but #1 on the most wanted.

Nice post Phoenix.. I respect that.

And we all can rest.

You're in denial.

Harbs and Baalke both thought they grabbed the brass ring with kap and thre haroman power run option shift happy gimmick playbook.

I am getting nauseous just remembering.

They didn't think twice about moving Alex.

I can't finish this post. I have to get to the bathroom.

Refer to post #129

We have to deal with facts... Baalke was the gm right? Harbaugh resurrected Alex Smith career right? Baalke made the trade..

Let's not get into job titles.

Sounds like the one in denial is you.

There's that Jeff Fisher type coach who can bring a team out of the gutter and make them on par with the league but that's it. Harbaugh is the next level who can make a 6 to 8 win team into a consistent playoff team. But I think that's about as far as he goes. His style of play needs too much to happen in order to get to the top of the heap.

Harbaugh 49ers always struggled against smart teams who refused to turn the ball over and play sound football. That's why the NYG had his number along with the Ravens. They played old school TOP ball as well and we couldn't beat them. SEA was also in a similar boat which was why it was difficult for Harbaugh to beat them.
In retrospect the only thing Baalke and Harbaugh has in common is their football philosophy. Both like power run game with complimentary passing game and a good defense to lean on. Think Giants/Bears in the mid 80's. Harbaugh Bears qb. Baalkes man crush is Parcels.

They couldn't agreed on who to retain, who to draft, how develope. The only one surviving that dynamic relationship is Fangio. As soon as the defense loses its talent to retirement and FA, the team was done.

There was no number there was Kyle Williams

The Ravens won because Baalke refused to draft and went on vacation for 6-7 years every draft day..

The defense was exhausted.. And the pedestrian offense everyone so conveniently talking about??? Saved us

Please rewatch the falcons game...The offense saved our asses...

The same offense everyone is complaining about yet the gm never knew how to draft
