I wouldn't mind bringing in Leon Hall and cutting Reaser. Guys like Reaser are a dime a dozen and we need some real experience at CB

49ers working out DB Leon Hall today, per source. He also auditioned 3 months ago. 10-year vet would add experience to young secondary
(Kolohe, where you at?)

Wouldn't mind at all Hall's veteran presence in the secondary if this coaching staff feels he can still play well.
if we sign Hall then we get a new secondary grade.... C+

With enough pass rush id gladly settle for a B lol.
Hall then would become the #4 CB, Spoon #5 and inactive.
Colbert,Ward,Jerome all can play CB as well.

I could see this. Rookie CBs typically take a long time to develop so I'm not expecting to see much of Witherspoon until the 2nd half of the season.

Robinson will probably have his hands full but as long as he does more good to outweigh the bad and has some great moments..ill roll with the punches.
Reid is really gonna have a nice season. He's a FA this year so if he gets hurt ill be very interested to see how Tartt fares consistently.

This plus the Laken rush to get him ready as soon as he can hold his own...just proves that altho this is first yr of rebuild, neither John nor Kyle have any intention of having a real high draft pick in 2018... they are going for the gusto, and trying to win every single game we play . No dogging it and laying back for a high rd pick. They want to win now, come hell or high water.

Please get Hall! I know he isn't what he used to be but a vet presence in the secondary is essential for us considering all of our cbs are under 27

At this stage Hall isn't close to what he used to be. He was very inconsistent last season with the Giants and at one point was a healthy scratch for 4 straight games. They're probably considering Hall as a back up to Williams for the slot. If they go through with the signing that may signal the end for Keith Reaser. Ironically at this stage, I'm not even certain Hall is that much better than him if at all.

Some decent veterans out there still in Revis, Hall, Flowers, Shields, Porter, Mckelvin, Blackmon, Toler..all I'd say would have a bigger impact then Reaser..

lynch dang well better sign hall. the secondary is crying out for help. i hear all the time about the youth movement but it would be nice to have a respectable vet back there. overall there is alot of junk in the secondary and for a back up plan we have dips**t asa on practice squad. lynch do something about an area you are allegedly an expert at
