Owners interfering that don't have football knowledge have led to the downfall of many a team-history has shown that. Jerry Jones being the biggest name and supposedly has football knowledge. Then you have the Dolphins owners and before that the Commanders just to name a few.

Randomly found this cool video from a small YouTube channel. There are so many good football content creators nowadays with high-quality production. I wouldn't want to be in this arena, especially dealing with all the copyright strikes for NFL footage. Respect to them.

But lots of fancy shifts and motions. Unfortunately it won't overcome this. This doesn't even include the 3 first rounders for Trey Lance. Which was a catastrophe. Just too many holes in the armor.
