Nah, I'll stick with the team that I've always rooted for. Even though it's hard right now rooting for a perennial dumpster fire, when the 49ers are finally a good team again in 2039, it will feel all the sweeter.

I feel the same way, I'm still stoked we got Shanahan. I just didn't feel too excited about Robert Saleh. Give Shanahan a better QB and DC and I will guarantee you better results and I bet he would too.

Who do you want as DC? I was hoping for Wade Phillips but he chose LA (let's be real, we went after him. Everybody did. He just chose LA).

I wanted Wade Phillips or Gus Bradley. I've always said, in order for Shanahan to be successful early he needed to get a veteran DC.

If we get Cousins it'll feel like we won the offseason again.

Cousins sees the field much much better than Hoyer, he isn't gun shy either. Besides, Cousins and Garcon already have that chemistry together the transition should be an easy one for Cousins.

There is no leverage to be gained, Dan Snyder and Bruce Allen already screwed things between them and Cousins. Cousins is using the franchise tag as his contract, he's already being paid like a top 5 QB by doing that. Right now Cousins is getting paid a pinch more than Matt Ryan. lol
