Everyone's been clowning on him. Dude has kids to feed and is on a contract year. I'll take it while not banking on him. I think this new regime can work really great with Lynch and keep him motivated.

DE/ pass-rush.

I think that is our greatest need.
If we would take 3 of them this draft I'd be fine with it.
You can't have to many guys hittin the opposing qb's

Seems like that is what won it for the Seahawks and the broncos..
Constant QB pressure

No question about it!

Well only reason they had three, at one point, for a short window is cause they had a proven guy in Von. Ware came for a SB push and with the signing gave time for Shane Ray to be ready. I think taking two quality pass rushers is more than good. If Brooks shows out in TC we can extend a year, maybe two(low guaranteed). Still gotta see what we have in Harold and Carradine once and for all as well. There's also Watson in the mix.

Yeah, two would be terrific.

Would like to get Daeshon Hall Texas A&M & Derek Rivers Youngstown State in the draft
68 players signed. Need 22 more. A couple more FA's. 10 from the draft and about 10 UDFA's.

Looking at the pre draft visit as matched up against MD's big board, we're tied to 10 of the top 12 picks (meaning we're poised to stay at #2 or take a small trade back and no later than #12). In addition, we're tied to around 9 players close to our 2nd pick (meaning, we're poised to stay with that pick and are prepared for an extra 2nd).

60-40 we trade back and it may be moving up to 65-35 soon.

OTC is saying 72, but they don't have Gilliam listed.

Spotrac is saying 73.

I wonder what the the discrepancy is.

And I see a trade back more likely than not, and I could see us going OL with that pick.

Another interesting option would be Reddick.

Yeah, 73. My bad!

Good call with Hall. Seems like a great mid round guy to possibly play RDE on run downs and try to earn snaps on pass downs as a LDE.

No problemo, I might have somethings off, I went off of memory on where the players may/will play, I think the roster is shaping out to be better than 2016 for sure. Anxious for draft day(s).

Exactly, he's the second greatest LS of all time, behind BRIAN JENNINGS, who follows me on Twitter lol.

You read my mind. Brian Jennings is a freaking LEGEND. Since he's gone, I just don't even count ST anymore. LOL

I know it's really really early, but here's what I have IMO for who should make the team in September, either because it's obvious, or they have contract guarantees,

QB Hoyer
RB Hyde
RB Hightower
FB Juszczyk
WR Garcon
WR Kerley
WR Goodwin
WR Robinson
TE McDonald
TE Paulsen
TE Celek
C Zuttah
C Kilgore (Would be primary Interior lineman backup)
OG Garnett
OG Beadles
OT Staley
OT Brown
OT Gilliam
DE Armstead
DE Blair
LEO Lynch (Not a lock, but if he comes in, in shape, he should make it)
LEO Carradine
DT Buckner
DT Dial
NT Mitchell
OLB Smith
OLB Brooks (Not guaranteed, if we draft someone we could cut him, since he has no guaranteed money)
OLB Harold
OLB Armstrong
OLB Watson (Not a lock byt he makes it for STs IMO)
MLB Bowman
MLB Coyle (Not a lock but he makes it IMO for STs)
CB Robinson
CB Johnson
CB Williams (Not a lock, but I think he makes it)
CB Redmond
S Reid
S Tartt
S Jones
DB Ward (Not sure where he plays, CB or FS)
PK Gould
P Pinion
LS Nelson

My feelings are on gamedays, Zuttah, Kilgore, Beadles, Garnett, Staley, Brown, and Gilliam would be the regular 7 to dress, and I think that's a solid 7 OL to have right now.

Obviously we need another QB, we will draft one, not sure what round though.

Would like to see us get a WR in the first 3 rounds, so deep, I like a lot of guys that could be #1 caliber guys with more experience.

I also wouldn't mind a 2nd WR drafted, maybe in rd 4, I'm not sure what Ellington and Rogers have coming off injuries. And guys like Carter, Smelter, and Harper are unproven, or mainly camp bodies IMO.

If we keep a 4th TE, it's between Bell and Hamm.

Backup OL, we could draft a OG or a developmental OL, I don't see this as a need on day 1 or 2.

We need a EDGE rusher badly, maybe a OLB, a CB for sure, and S.

So yeah can't wait for the draft to get here, super pumped.
