Go get Thomas Jr for a Day 3 pick. Has less than a $5M cap hit.

What is big?
An example is Minkah 5m this year, 14m(7 gtd) next, then 14m(0 gtd) '28
Paired with Mack's 5m?

Depending on the salary for this year and next year, basically any move that cost them like $10m-$15m is too much, they need to get the team to pay some of the salary but, also I doubt they can swing more than 1 big deal anyway seeing as how I don't see them willing to send out multiple high picks so it depends on how much the player costs money and picks wise plus they are gonna need to extend Green and Puni who are eligible after this season and both will be in the $15m a yr ranger IMO, Puni is likely close to $18m-$20m a yr

But that proposal would work, I mean more like Vita Vea and Crosby or something crazy, even Vea and Minkah would be tough IMO

For example Vea would cost $24m in 2027 and Minkah $13.5m that's simply too much when they need to extend Green and Puni plus they should look to bring Deebo, Juice and Dre back on new deals
Drafted players making a difference... stupid Lynch
I don't want another GM with Shanny. Ham and eggs.

Definitely something to consider. Puni and Green are coming up and I don't think anyone would be cool letting either walk. I do wonder if a Super Bowl win would trigger a retirement or two.
Honestly his mid and late round picks are pretty good. Guys like Mike Evans are great in free agency. He's just so bad early in the draft it's horrible. Trey Lance and others come to mind. He's like a mixed bag. If you just let him pick middle and late rounds you would end up with a pretty good team.

Just trade away our early picks and stock up in the later rounds.
My hopes are DE's Khalil Mack or Will MacDonald IV or WR Brian Thomas Jr

Thing is that the majority of GMs are all like this, no one hits on more than this but some are downright horrible but I don't consider John that yes he needs to hit more on the 1st 3 rounds but I'm not gonna call for him to be fired just foolish when we're a SB contender each year just need to actually win one
