Thanks for the clarification. My bad making a tangential post to your important Madden comparison!

Wow. You are brain dead

The point was it's fine to reach 10-30 slots above the players projection, not constantly 50-150 slots you dolt

Do you think Jed has the balls to do that and would Kyle simply accept that?

With Lynch being out of contractI I think a conversation will need to happen about it.

Cant have it go the way the Pats did under Bellicheck.

i think its far more likely we get what i suggested to happen then it is to do what the anti Kyle people want and fire everyone to magically find the coach and GM we need.

Your point wasn't confusing. It's a point being discussed across this board right now.

I made a harmless post about Madden after you referenced it and you seemingly can't handle it emotionally.

Take a breath.

This. It's becoming nearly impossible to defend Lynch. We do the same thing every single year. How many picks are we going to waste?

I thought after the BA debacle somebody in the organization would put on their big boy pants and tell KS to focus on coaching and not have his finger in every dish.

The coach must have significant input on the draft. Period. Or get another coach. You can't neuter your coach.
For me they needed to hit on players that could impact now and into the future. They didn't do that. None of who they selected are going to be replacing the core of the team that is aging. What Lynch did in this draft is seal the fate and need for a complete rebuild in a couple of years. Let's see what happens when Kittle retires or becomes less effective due to wear and tare and age. Who replaces CM when his legs stop? Evans and Kirk, who is going to replace them in a year? T Williams? What about Bosa at age 28 coming back from his second ACL. Is he the player he once was or will be when he comes back? Both Seattle and LA can double team him now and negate him. Who is playing LG? No, all the good done in the free agency period is wasted because you build a dynastry and Champion team through the draft and the Niners just can't do that of late.
In spite of how dog s**t they are at drafting, they're going to compete. They'll likely make the playoffs and make a run at the Superbowl.

But for how long? That core is aging fast. There's only so much tread left on the tires. You can't continue to lean on Bosa, Fred, CMC, Trent, and Kittle forever. It's going to end much sooner rather than later.
