I don't know who makes the real decision-making in the FO but Lynch has never come across to me like an actual GM just a PR/media guy with league connections etc. Like EJ on The Bootleg Football podcast said in their recent vid, when it comes to drafting John Schneider has been eating Lynch's lunch the last three drafts. Sure they have misses too but least they didn't spend a 3rd rd pick on a kicker like this team did.

His biggest mistake, not making moves at the trade deadline. He needed to strengthen the defense and didn't. However, let's remember Jed York. He has ordered the money spending to stop and as a result this is what the organization gets. Lynch works within the demands of his owner. Lynch must make better drafting decisions but Jed York needs to be mentioned here as well I think.

Draft better athletes. Then coach them up. Seattle was bigger faster stronger and we keep drafting football guys that get hurt

I feel like Lynch just keeps getting a pass because of our record and the excuse of injuries. The defense is devoid of talent. Our best defensive players are old, expensive and injured. And we have invested a ton of draft capital in the defensive line for the least sacks in the NFL. We signed two WRs to huge deals and got nothing from either of them. NOTHING. We gave up a ton of picks for a bust QB in Lance. The team is always injured. We have drafted terribly. Outside of CMC. Where is the good trades? None. Very little production from Free Agency. I like Lynch but I just see a lack of talent.

Trey Lance was more of an athlete than a football guy. Coaching him up worked out well.

Need to hit on more blue chip players high, can't expect last round players to play like first rounders. We trotting out 2 6th/7th round LB's, and they look like it!

He drafted a tiny, pipsqueak defense. Seattle has men out there. We have Dee Winters, Malik Mustapha and Renardo Green.

Keep drifting players with no heart that rather rest their minor injuries
