Would be derelict of duty if they don't. After the Detroit game tonight looking the 49ers in a tie for best record in the NFC. In the playoffs this team won't get to the SB with this front.

Lions might demolish us if we played this Sunday. That being said, at the alarming rate that the youngsters are progressing, the defense could be much better come playoff time, but it would still need one more ER and DE or DT to really go up against a potent offense in playoff mode. Another solid and experienced safety to pair with MM would make the secondary scary good / elite (Simmons, Whitehead...)

The offense is really going to have to step up for us though, this could be the year they carry 49ers to playoffs / SB and finally win it all

Going on about how better the D is when he's on the field, talking about Sweat going for a 2nd, someone brought up up Parsons and how he went for 2 1sts and Clark so JJ should go for one 1st lol. Third of all, and I can't stress this enough: we can NOT FIT HIS CONTRACT IN. The Raiders take on very, very little dead cap in a trade. We can't fit Bosa and Crosby in no matter how sexy it is, I'm sorry.

How do you not know who Trey Wingo is?

Probably a story directly from Jerry Jones himself to give his fanbase so hope. Not sure why he would trade away Parsons only to take on a older Maxx Crosby and his massive contract.

The only way — I repeat ONLY way — we could make a Maxx Crosby trade even remotely work, is if we trade Aiyuk. We would save $86-87M from trading Aiyuk and can use it on the ~$135M Maxx would be owed by us.

It would be an ugly trade though that requires massive capital to be attached to Aiyuk though. Think Goff for Stafford but on an ever-so slightly smaller scale.
