The team as currently constructed isn't winning a super bowl. so what is your goal?

We defiantly shouldn't go after someone that will just be valuable for this year only. If we can get someone that can also help in the future, that would be the priority. We don't know how well Bosa will be after another major injury, or if he will even be ready to go at the start of the season.

Why can't we win a SB? We are 5-2 with our 2nd and 3rd stringers.

Who can we trade for that assures us a chance at a championship? Who's the Deon Sanders out there? I want to remind you that anyone we sign would have to learn our playbook and terminology. We signed Deon in the off-season and he was pretty much a man to man corner.

That weak schedule isn't looking so weak. Five of the 7 teams they've faced are .500 or better.

Yeah and the Rams and Seattle are both tough playoff capable teams.

This year is kind of funky where I don't see a real dominate team. It kind of goes back and forth.

.500 or better doesn't mean we are facing strong teams. Look at what these teams did last year, 7 games is a small sample size.

Chiefs look weak right now, but we know different
I think our LB corps without Warner is still competitive

Our DL needs help...if we can add a pass rushing DL we have a punchers chance in the playoffs

I don't care if it is a DE or a DT...we need someone who can speed up the QB

I have no idea who is available and at what cost though...good luck Lynch!

Call the Titans and offer them Jennings and a pick for Simmons.

I'm serious. They're 1-6. They want some help for Ward. Their defense is clearly not going to be competitive again during Simmons' tenure. We'll get Pearsall and eventually Aiyuk back.

Why can't they? We still have superstars at every position and are the best coached team in the league.

Guys are coming back and getting healthy. We have gone 5-2 missing half our team. I dont see any reason why we won't keep playing well

Should be fine on Offense unless somehow there is Oline help out there, but I doubt it.

Just get the Defense better at Pass Rushing.
Gonna post this for like the 4th time...speak it into existence!
Jennings and a late pick for Thibodeaux make it happen.
Any chance the Jets wanna send us Quinnen?

QW is an interesting one… he only has one sack this season but he's averaging a TFL per game. Just like Simmons he's signed through 2027 on a team going nowhere.

A 2nd and Aiyuk for QW who says no?

This team keeps proving that they can have a long playoff run because of Kyle and Rob. Lynch has to be aggressive and get them some more help. We have a legit shot to secure HFA throughout the playoffs and we should go all in before the deadline.

The Chiefs look weak right now? What are you watching? They've won 4 of their last 5 with the only loss being by 3 points on the road in Jacksonville. They beat the Lions 30-13 and yesterday absolutely dominated the Raiders. The NFL has so much parity that virtually any team can beat any other team. No pushovers.

agreed, we got a lot of guys coming back on offense, nobody running away with the nfc, kc won their first Super Bowl without a good defense, why can't we? Our defense seemed well against the number 1 rushing attack in nfl, I don't get people saying we can't win their bowl this year
This man can draft LBs with his eyes closed

49ers need one more pass rusher. Even with Gross-Matos coming back at some point, this position is dangerously thin. They will need to add a pass rusher at the trade deadline. I think they good at DT now that Givens has returned.
My gut says if we trade for an edge, it'll be for someone like Chubb or Phillips or MAYBE Thibs. I don't think Hendrickson is going to happen. Not only are the Bengals stubborn but it's just a lot to give up for a rental. The guys I mention won't cost as much.
