We can still make the playoffs this year, but this team is not yet built for a SB. We are getting closer and it's nice to see so many young players getting good experience and learning. Let's hope for another strong draft in April 2026.

But to win a SB, you are always going to come up against at least one, but normally several very strong D-Lines, and our O-Line appears unable to run block against those Defenses. If we can't run that well, then chances of winning the SB are very slim, not impossible, but quite unlikely. Also, our pass rush sometimes looks anemic, so it needs a boost next year as well. The newbies Williams, West and Collins are doing fairly well so far though.,....nice to see that.

I still think the arrow is up for this team, and am anxious to see what the team make-up is for 2026.

This front office was getting bashed this past offseason but honestly they made the right call. They accepted that our window closed on February 11, 2024 and were looking towards opening up the next one rather than just desperately pushing more chips into the middle to try to keep that last window open a crack.

Will reach out to him to come out of retirement in December a game or two before playoffs so he could knock off some rust

Why not bring back Kwon Alexander to rally up our young LB's? Just like what he did to a young and quiet Warner. He doesn't need to play, he'll just be here to make the pregame speeches and be the energizer bunny.

we can not afford another rebuilding years... we need to sign or trade for guys already reaching their prime.. I'm telling you all.. we land these players, and we'll be pretty much set w/the younger guys we already have.

WR - Waddle
TE - Mayer
RB - Najee
C - Mayes

... just a few.. then sign big time OL via FA... then draft players that will fill the hole while developing..

Mayer when we have Kittle coming back and Tonges developing into a quality #2 TE.

Waddle? When we have Pearsall, Aiuyk and Watkins coming back?

Najee? For next year? The dudes on the IR

Mayes who?

What a dumb post. Literally none of those guys would help us where we need help.

I mean if he's healthy it's an ideal fit imo.

Dude at the very least google search players. Harris has a torn Achilles. Mays? The center for the panthers? The clone of Brendel wut? wtf is Mayer gonna do here? He's a horrible run blocker.

Waddle will cost Miami money to move (and they currently have no WRs besides him). SF doesn't need more injury prone WRs on big deals.

they need help in the trenches in the worst way

Fantasy football talk lol.
It's a shame that the team fell apart because Lynch hit on the draft(Mykel and Collins look like future studs), and the rest of the league stinks. There isn't a single team running away from everyone else.

Bring him in for cheap

trade for another DL and pray the offense improves with some healthy guys coming back.
Too bad all these proposed trades aren't as easy as fantasy football. They have to make sense to each side both from a need and a monetary perspective. It's not as easy as fans seem to think.

Knowing our luck, Lawson tears his bicep in his 2nd game as a Niner ala Ziggy Ansah.

They do, for sure.

I wouldn't mind if they brought in an older player with some juice left even if it's someone at the tail end of their career. The defense badly needs another veteran leader. It's Dmo and a bunch of youngsters right now.
