Looks like another reach based on position of need. But time will tell.

A reach based on what? Williams was a projected 1st rd pick in every publication that I read. Where are you getting a reach from?

If you look through most of his posts, he is talking down whatever we do. Has done for years. You are right, I haven't seen Williams described as a reach by anyone who knows anything about football.

This is what he does, along with the usual crowd, whine, moan, & b***h about everything the 49ers do, FA, Trades, Draft Picks, HC, OC, DC, every f**king thing, not surprised by it.
And it the same crowd that b***hes whenever we pay someone any amount, no matter the player, or want the top FAs to be signed, like we can afford to bring in 3 $20M a yr guys every year, I just ignore them, stupid moronic posts, everyone of them.
Get some OL help please
I guess they haven't learned a thing from the two SB loses.

Lol
Well, did we get better in rounds 1-3?

Yup. Defense won't be pushovers. Now to find guards, a new swing tackle, safety, edge- so much more to come. Perhaps a FB to develop.
I really like that they addressed the defensive front 7 and the backfield with one. In the top 100 picks. 4 of them. All defense so far and we needed it.

But.... We just went 102 picks (100 & 4 picks for us in the top 100) and ZERO offensive line picks for the 49ers. So it's ignore the offensive line yet once again. Burford is the plan at LG (LOL - that will really be fun). This team just continues and continues to ignore the offensive line like it's completely unimportant. It is the weakness of this Shany / Lynch. They don't care about the offensive line.

I feel the same way. I get it and am very happy in that the defense should be vastly improved.

But that's brings us right back to the previous years and a suspect o line being the weakness. I'm really hoping they draft 2-3 guys tomorrow with one being in round 4. I cannot imagine rolling Brendal out there again.

Yeah C and LG are a problem now. We can't keep going on like this. One of these years they got to pull the trigger and pick multiple offensive linemen. I know they don't like doing it and it's against their natural tendencies. But we are at the point now that they have to force it. We just have to get better on the offensive line.

How many starters have we picked up so far? Because that was the goal in this draft. We let quite a few players walk.

Let me rephrase that - how many good starters have we picked up so far? At one point we had we had Cassius Marsh, Ray-Ray Armstrong, Brock Coyle, etc starting so it's not saying much.

Immediate starters or players that will become starters? Right now I think it is quite likely that Williams and Collins for sure and Martin highly likely start from day one. And Stout will see playing time as well.

We are going to have some pretty good draft picks next year.
