We're really going to miss him.

A journeyman bottom tier backup/QB3. I'm going to jump out a window.

How TF does Jake Moody still have a job?

How 'bout a younger, cheaper blocking TE?

So we are just going to hope that a nobody TE can play RB/WR/FB and can block and catch well? And is an excellent leader?

honestly we could use both. Our TE room, outside of Kittle, has been trash for years.

having a stud FB and multiple good TEs should be the goal - not one or the other, over $5M.

He couldn't get out of here fast enough after he won the BU job, but didn't get it, Kyle.

I don't personally care, I don't think he's great, but I actively hate Brandon allen and the fact that he's even on the team taking up a roster spot
Waiting for David Lombardi to tell us how much better the Niners will be this season

Not gonna lie, I'm starting to think this is the beginning of the end of the Shanny/Lynch era

They are in their last days now. It's counting down.

Y'all should hope not.

Have you forgotten that the yorks picked tomsula and kelly?

The circle of life. This team has zero direction

lol and how amazing our salary cap situation is.

Overall. A lot of changes were expected this off season. Let's just give it a few weeks and see the draft before cutting our wrist.

i just wish we were able to resign Greenlaw and keep juice but it isn't what it is. The juice release is just odd to me, but oh well.

I'm sorry. For a team that just came off such a horrible record to do next to nothing and be tied to basically no one someone is failing at their job.

I understand not overpaying. I understanding building through the draft. What I can't understand is the mass exodus of players and I guess the hope we can hit on all the draft pics. What's different this year is that no one looks at us as a destination anymore. We're not a place people want to sign. Regardless of if we're are rebuilding or retooling our blowing it all up, perception looks like we don't know what the plan is.

i say all this as a fan. I know I don't know what's going on behind the scenes. But I can see many teams getting better and is significantly worse AT THE MOMENT.

Of all the things to get upset about - this one shouldn't even register.

Always a chance he can be brought back at a cheaper rate.

wishful thinking I know but not many teams use an FB anymore.

Greenlaw is a big loss and hole to fill. Most others I think are replaceable.

Eagles did this same thing after their SB loss, Chiefs do this on the regular. Rams even do it to an extent.

Perhaps they are going for that angle.
