No worries Bill...we started today with almost $100M in cap space and can easily shed around $8M more if we cut Brooks. Cap space isn't an issue at all.

I'm actually curious about this... why didn't we spend any money when Baalke was here? Was it Jed tightening the purse strings or was Trent just allergic to FA's?
Why all the cash now? Either Jed was fine with FA signings and Baalke was against it, or Jed was the one holding back but he wants to wipe away that perception and make it clear Baalke was the problem, at least for this year. Either way I'm all for it and Jed probably deserves a bit of credit for giving the new guys the funds to work with.
