Very promising pick especially w/Kocurek coaching him

I'd rather draft a young EDGE than give whatever Chandler Jones got, also injury issues, & older player, so I'm happy.

I liked Jackson and Gray a lot. Arby? No bueno. From our Pre Draft Visits Tracker, they were 3 for 3 and in the highest volume 1-2-3 (ER = 7, RB - 6, WR - 6).
At the end of the day though, we got a nickel ER, small slot WR and backup RB.
In terms of snaps on the field, this isn't going to move the needle much at all this season. Maybe more in 2023.
PYMWYMI = 9-8

i always thought EDGE was going to be the pick based on offseason actions if we didnt get Ward i think CB wouldve been the pick but the EDGE class was so deep.

I wasn't sure about the pick, but I'm fine with the other 2, plus our backs get hurt, but this means bye bye to Hasty IMO

What do you think about the talent in this draft AB?

I actually had Gray in my mock, but that's a reach in the 3rd imo. He would've been there in the 4th, possibly even 5th. But I get it, if they like him that much, get your guy.
RB is a f**king waste this early though. OL or DB at least!
Ugh...

Can we stop with the he could have been had later talk, no guarantee he lasted there was a run on WRs, 17 taken so far, 105 was basically a early 4th

I feel like Lynch is getting better in the draft as far as not panicking. He used to move up one or two slots when his pick was coming close. Just an observation. Imo.

How is the WZ so down on the RB pick? Sermon got beat out by a 7th round pick in Mitchell. This Tiger is a baller and from the SEC. Sermon dances and doesn't hit the hole, plus he was a luxury pick at the time.

I think the problem is drafting a RB in the third round not the player really. I understand that feeling. I ´ m not mad since it´s not a first or a second round and they had another third round. It´s a Kyle pick I would guess so let´ s see what happens. Quite frankly, if they´re certain that Sermon is a bust, I like that they tried to get another good RB this year this high. That´s exactly what they did on the WR position after they missed on Pettis with Deebo and Aiyuk.
