The coach/GM are not without fault and not beyond criticism, but it's always the same butthurt fans that think they can manage the roster and coach the team better than the professionals because they didn't sign/draft/trade for who they wanted, that are the loudest.

Lynch was a broadcaster prior to joining the front office. Not exactly a professional. His lack of experience in the front office shows.

so you are perfectly fine with the way this jimmy thing has been handled? kyle and lynch have done no wrong to you? and there are tons of fans not just people like us who are usually very critical of kyle and lynch not pleased at all and rightfully so

Rightfully so? Gimme a break, they completely rebuilt this team and went to a SB and the NFCCG in 2 of the last 3 years.

As FL said, they are not without fault or beyond criticism, but the method to their madness has turned this franchise around.

Funny how suddenly making it to NFCGG and losing a Superbowl is so great.

I am actually very pro John and Kyle but even I have to admit that they have handled this Jimmy situation as bad as you possibly can. They screwed up and that's why they won't cut him. Because they will have to admit they failed miserably, But by just holding onto him they are creating an even bigger mess.
I blame adam peters

Stating they screwed up this situation before it comes to a resolution is jumping the gun. What if they cut him tomorrow? What if they trade him for a 1st rounder. Two dramatically different resolutions that would change your mind. We don't know the in's and out's of what was offered, and what is currently being offered. We will only know the final resolution at which point we can judge. All else is just speculation on our part based on what we believe. Sit back and relax, Niners front office has shown to be patient and have a plan (I.E. Joe Staley/Trent Williams situation) they have earned trust for prior moves. Let's hope this one turns out.

Its a disgrace.. esp the super bowl losses
Hey Lynch, I heard Laviska Shenault is available. Send the Jaguars one of those 3rd-round comp picks and bring him here to be unleashed by Shanny. Imagine Deebo and Laviska on the field together. Unlimited options.

That's how It shall be too, until we find a way to be more Aggressive In free agency and go for the kill. The same way the Rams did.

Those comps picks are essentially 4ths since they're at the end of the 3rd, and Laviska was a 2nd-round pick. Jaguars are a s**t show, so we'd be fleecing them.

Deebo and Laviska when they meet in the 49ers' lockerroom

Yeah, I miss the Singletary and Tomsula days, when we didn't have to worry about NFCC and SB losses

We have a chance to make it happen now. Let's see If lynch and Shanny pull the trigger.

people and fans have a right to be upset with the way they have handled this jimmy thing. they also find a way to lose winnable super bowls and title games,. this franchise was not created to finish second or third, do not get mad at me for saying that,, you talk to the creators in eddy and ouiji board bill walsh

Being able to have deep playoff runs is a testament to the talent and coaches they have added and the work they put in. Obviously they are far smarter than some would choose to believe.

You are the same guy who completely wrote the team off mid year, called to fire the HC and GM. You know who didn't write the team off? Kyle, John and the locker room they command. These guys believed and stayed committed amd turned it around coming up just a tad short from being in the SB. This team has heart and they are determined.

How can fans have a right to be upset with the way they handled JG this off-season when fans aren't privvy to what had actually been going on behind closed doors? Jimmy's surgery is possibly what's holding this up and some national reporters have said as much. We can't be certain because again we are not privvy to what's really going on. How do you fairly and accurately cast blame and point fingers without the pertinent facts and details of the situation?

So whatever outrage you or any fans have over this, is self manufactured off whatever fantasies you have conjured up in your mind. All I know is that you don't know, and I don't know either nor will I pretend to know.
