So far, maybe you could say that; however, the draft is far from over and the same goes for the offseason. Add in an improved year (IMO) at the most important position in football, QB, where I see Garoppolo really taking command of this offense and being just that much more comfortable with everything...and, just improving as an NFL QB. You also take into account improvement from Bosa now that he has his rookie year under his belt. And, who knows how much other younger guys on both sides of the ball will improve as they continue developing & playing in these respective schemes. By the time the season starts, I think this team has a great shot at being better overall than last year's team.
