For the first time of the baalke era, I'm ok with a front office sweep. Just change every thing. And I like Kelly as a coach a lot but look at the product on the field. Baalke is a great talent evaluater on d and even I line but the lack of skill players will always sink us.

Yup, he has no feel for picking quality offensive players. We never get better on offense. Meanwhile, the Seahawks continue to add playmakers year after year.

The problem is Balke.
Yeah? Who?

Since 2012:

Russell Wilson (draft)

Doug Baldwin (UDFA)

Jimmy Graham (trade)

Christine Michael (draft)

Thomas Rawls (UDFA)

Tyler Lockett (draft)

Paul Richardson (draft)

Bobby Wagner (draft)

Bruce Irvin (draft)

Jeremy Lane (draft)

They definitely have added a lot of impact guys. There's more than the above, but yeah, the Seahawks have continually struck gold with difference makers it seems.

We need to already be looking to the draft, with someone other than Baalke doing the looking
Let Chip get his offensive guys after we hopefully draft Garrett...
Even with #1 pick in the draft, we have gone from getting our FR QB to just being able to land a red hot OLB. Not that that is bad but the QBs that initially looked great, Watson, Kizer, Kayaa, et al... Haven't really turned out all that well. I am guessing we do not get a FR QB this yr, due to none being there. Still there is chance of a dark horse, but right now, nowhere near as exciting before season started. Great pass rusher if in the top of the draft is going to be more likely...meaning we are going to have to dick around and get a bridge QB not named gab, Kap or ponder. Damn, this just gets harder and harder. I just hope that you all who want a new GM know this guy can assess talent as well as what all our teams's holes are.

Wish we have kept Driskell around to see if he could have been the guy....would have taken a long time to make him a player tho. Still that would be better than nothing , which is what we will have once season ends.

We're well on our way to the 1st pick in the draft. Every position is lacking talent. Our defense is atrocious, offense doesn't have a passer that can consistently deliver the ball on target. I sincerely hope we pick a QB at 1 and don't pull a Cleveland by trying to play money ball. We won't be winning any super bowls anytime soon but at least we'll have a shot at seeing some entertaining offense for the first time since 1997.

Our offense is also below-average. Put Tom Brady behind center and maybe we are 2-4
Over the last five games, we've given up 37 points per game. That is impossible for almost any offense to overcome. Even the Saints or Patriots would struggle to consistently put up 38+ week after week.

This is because the HC was allowed to install "his" system without a db scout interfering. Carroll knows what he wants and he gets it, they also are under paying bennett and avril which allows them a lot of wiggle room. Having stability for 3+ years is a almost panacea to most team problems

Why wouldn't we be able to get a 1st round QB?
We're gonna be picking in the top 5 (and you can book that), so a QB with our first pick is in order. QB, ILB, WR, and NG - in that order - are our top needs. No position should be picked before them, even OLB. And we should trade back into the first to get a QB and ILB, and pick up a WR in the 2nd (trade back into the 2nd if we have to), and a NG in the 3rd. We need impact players, not a bunch of late round picks hoping we find a diamond in the rough.

The play calling and 3rd quarter adjustments haven't helped....
Baalke has shown completely unforgivable oversight and consistently asinine decision-making over the past few years. His time needs to come to end now. Injuries are no excuse for the team to be this bad on both sides of the ball. As a GM, your job is to fortify the team with depth and competition each off-season. I'm sorry, but it hasn't been done. He's failed, and failed epically.

We have the LAST ranked offense. We have the LAST ranked run defense and 27th ranked D overall. THIS. IS. NOT. ACCEPTABLE. How can Baalke expect to survive this level of ineptitude?

If I'm the head honcho, I fire Baalke no later than the week after the trade deadline.

Lol trade for Romo?!? I can't see Romo running the zone read

Here's how Baalke's drafts stack up to Seattle, New England and Cincinnati from 2010 to 2015.:
