every single person on here knows the line needs fixing but in my opinion, boone was not a part of the fix

I can't see Jed paying him, Tomsula AND another coach. This is all about Trent killing it in this draft. If we can't go into next season with 7-9 key contributors after having $60 mil in cap space and 12 draft picks, I'd say we will probably have a new GM next year.

and no body is wearing bags over their heads to the games ! plus in those days of 78 and 79... we had hollywood henderson doing blow on the sidelines and not draft picks due to a broken down oj. we are not that bad!!!

This is an 8-8 middle-of-the-road team, as long as we split wins in divison games. I don't see AZ and SEA as dominant as this past season, but do see AZ winning division with 10-6 record. Still, too early to tell before we even evaluate our draft.

One of the worst teams operationally wise in all of professional sports. When Kaepernick would rather seek the safe haven known as "The Factory of Sadness" rather then stay with a team with a coach that could theoretically resurrect his career, then you have many many many issues.

Let's just sign RG3 and Manziel and maybe add Ryan Leaf as a QB coach so we can turn this place into the circus it already is.

Worst team in football? No, we are the smartest team in football. Consider:

We appear to be the only team in the league that values Gabbert over Kap.

We are the only team that fires a coach after getting us to the playoffs (Mariucci and Harbaugh) because if they

We are the only team that promotes position coaches to head coach (Singletary & Tomsula).

We are the only team that is so smart with our draft strategy, we pick up many injured players at a cheaper price than healthy ones. They are unavailable and up-helpful in coming year and may or may not play anywhere near the level before becoming injured (Lattimore/B. Thomas). But we get them in a lower round!!!!

I can think of two: We have presumed Kap's ability has declined and has nothing to do with our OLine declining in unison. I think it is possible he could bring someone an SB ring if properly protected. Even during the SB run, Iupati and A. Davis were mediocre at best pass blocking. Studs and run blocking though.

Kelly wanted Kap and said so before coaching opened up with Niners. To some degree he was counting on him. I bet he had no idea that 49ers had poisoned that well by leaking all our problems are Kap ( and none were coaching staff or front office) and not retaining players (especially OLINE) as they had agreed they would in lieu of a "team friendly contract".

Not the worst team in football, but definitely in the running for worst fans.
