Are we the worst team in The NFL?

The worst part of this all is that the season can already be over after 3 weeks

I know some will say it is and some will say it has only been 3 weeks. Time will tell and if this season is a dud we can look back and realize it was over in week 3 or they can bpunce back and make it a decent season and in a best case scenario somehow make the playoffs. Other teams are 1-2 and some will be ok so its not out of the realistic possibility but i just havent seen anything positive from the last weeks. Even if we lost tue last 2 games there might have been positives but there was absolutely nothing positive to take away from either game

Well didn't take much to call this disaster. Was logical. What I'm laughing at is at your continued attempt to spin it further. What I'm not laughing at is that this disaster will set us back 4 more years. Can't gloat about that prognostication.

The bottom 7 are still the Bucs, Jags, Texans, Bears, Saints, Browns, and Lions.

The Redskins, Eagles, Colts, Ravens, and Dolphins are playing like garbage right now too.

There are plenty of teams feeling like the worst team right now.

Actually, with Brees rapidly looking like his career is fading, the Saints are in worse shape than we are. Even with Kap trending down right now, were in a better QB situation going forward than having Bortles, Mallet, Clausen, the McCown's, Cousins, etc.

We have plenty of company in the "feeling down" dept. right now.

we are dead last in ppg with 15 Chicago is 15.3

Right now we are tied for the most all around ugliest looking team in the NFL

This Niners team is bad, no question. But IMO, they are not the worst team in the NFL. That honor goes to the Chicago Bears. The Saints might be worse, too.

Let's confine ourselves to statements that can be justified by the data.

We have had two bad games (one very bad). You can't extrapolate that to "worst team in the NFL", no matter how depressing it feels at the moment.

Even worse, on week 15, the Niners may earn next years 1st round draft at home :(

I hope there is a future HOF offensive lineman in next years draft, if he is out there, we should be drafting plenty high to get him

Our special teams looks bad also.

Blocked FG and a muff already. White looks like he's never returned a kick in his life.

Teams I feel that we can beat: New Orleans, Tampa, Chicago, Detriot, Philly, Washington, Giants, Jacksonville, Cleveland and maybe San Diego, Houston, Miami, and KC

Data doesn't always tell the whole story. You also have the eye test, and sf fail the eye test. They look terrible, ignoring the stats and scores you could watch them toss a ball around in a park and determine they're terrible.

However, yeah, they are not alone. Bears and saints are awful, so are the eagles despite getting a win, they just look really bad. Dolphins seem totally dysfunctional from the ground up... Regardless, sf are firmly in this awful group. Sadly. Here's to hoping they can get some wins despite themselves.
