Not true at all. The general consensus was if Russell Wilson was a few inches taller, he'd be a first-round lock. This was during the time when the scouting community refused to give shorter QBs a fair shake.

Beathard is a day 3 QB, why does he constantly get thrown into anything? Kirk was 4th rd pick, you think Kyle was gonna take him over RG3 at #1 overall or something? I'd say Kirk has outplayed his draft position, no?

You keep repeating this but sorry, two months to evaluate the top 5-7 QB's should have been plenty of time and SHOULD HAVE BEEN an absolute priority for Kyle When it was a need for us, & I don't give a f**k his plan was to get Cousins...

"Many" back then kept saying Kyle wants a QB that knows his system & doesn't want to wait on a hit or miss rookie..

Now your Absolutely positive Kyle changed??

Yup. I want Jesus Christ at QB as well lol. So stupid.... that being said I think the 2 or 3 QB that are worthy will already be gone by our pick.

I'm really confused as to why the O-line thread is about QB prospects.......

In other news, I've watched the film from SEA, GB and NO and our O-line is horrible. Against Seattle, they turned DT's loose 3 times in 3 drives - one of which caused Jimmy's new injury.
Another play, Bobby F'n Wagner bowled over 3 guys. 3 GUYS! He took out the entire right side of the line and they had a free rusher at Jimmy.

I've seen way too many free rushers coming at our quarterbacks this season. Things are seriously wrong in that O-line room.
