Its incredible how some are making Harbaugh an innocent martyr in all of this, that its all an entirely one-sided issue and Harbaugh clearly has done nothing wrong. I'm sure there's a lot of blame to go around on both sides. we all knew this about him and so did the niners,, people are just fooling themselves if they thought he was going to stay ten years ,, no,, he wears out his welcome everywhere and it was only a matter of time,,, i and others just did not expect things to go up in smoke like they have as of late,, but that tends of happen when the coaches lose enthusiasm which then translates to the players and we see what we have seen on the field.. i am sick of the drama. thank you jim for coming along but you do not get a pass for roman for three years since the super bowl and you do not get a pass for what has taken place in multiple games,, and then do not get me started on the games we have had to win, in spite of roman and enabler JH

As far as i can tell he has never wore out his welcome. The only place that seemed to want him out is the 49ers. Every job he has left is because he was getting a better job. Each stop was a step up the coaching ladder.

Funny, because, if Roman doesn't get fired, the rivalry will be one sided, if it exists at all. This team can't endure another year of Sub Bevell offensive play calling / game planning.

This dude is intense, he gets up at 3:15am every morning to watch film and that is when he is not even a head coach of an NFL team. Could he be too hardcore for our guys ? Hmm. LOL.

If payton is available and we must make a serious run for him. Throw him as much cash as he wants.

Payton or Gruden are my choices if available. I would love to have Gruden staring at Carroll on the sidelines. We need a coach like him badly. Don't think either are possible though.

We were fortunate in the past but with this talent we need a change.

Why would he be available? I don't understand why his name keeps getting thrown around.
