Its incredible how some are making Harbaugh an innocent martyr in all of this, that its all an entirely one-sided issue and Harbaugh clearly has done nothing wrong. I'm sure there's a lot of blame to go around on both sides. You don't just alienate an entire front office while winning a lot of football games without being a colossal dick and immeasurably difficult to work with.
As far as i can tell he has never wore out his welcome. The only place that seemed to want him out is the 49ers. Every job he has left is because he was getting a better job. Each stop was a step up the coaching ladder.
