Doesnt at all look like he bobbled it. Even if he did, he is clearly 100% out of bounds with 40 seconds left on the clock. The defender clearly jumped over him without ever touching him once

you spelled craptree wrong
we got robbed alright. got robbed of our time watching this turd of an offense work.
do you really wan to engage in refexcuses ? this team did not deserve to win the damn game.

How does a 90 yard drive that ends in a game winning touchdown (2 game winning touchdowns) not constitute deserving to win? They played like s**t and STILL overcame it to win the game, only to be ROBBED TWICE
The refs had a terible game today. They were as bad as out offensive line and play calling was.

I watched the Crabtree catch over and over and I kept saying during the review that it either had to be a TD or no catch and put time back on the clock. How you can call it a ctach and not a TD I don't know. The blew a lot of calls today. I didn't need to see a blow up pic. It was obvious. How can you blow a call like that when you have replay? I understand blowing the origonal call. They blew the safety call as well. The rams did lose a fumble recovery they should have had so I figured that made up for the safety and the bad call on the punt return didn't matter because of offsetting penalties but the refs stunk today much like they have all season long.

In the end we should have won this game by double digits. Kap was under seige. They were blitzing a lot. Run the ball. Throw screens. Quick passes. Throw some to the backs. Roll-out the QB. Keep a FB in to help block. Chip the outside pass rushers. When we finally started doing these things we had success and then we would stop. By the time we got our act together it was too late. We almost pulled it out on the last drive but a bad call and a Kap fumble ended us but it never should have come down to that. We should have adjusted much sooner.

We simply didn't adjust our offense to the pressure until it was too late.
Two words......JEROME BOGER

When you see this man's name, you know you're in for a rough game.. This son of a f**k cost us a SB.

I was genuinely surprised he was assigned to our game. Walt Coleman has done a grand total of 0 Raider home games since the Tuck Rule game.

Forget conspiracies, Boger is just downright moronic. His explanation of "we will ask the teams what they want to do..." or something along those lines was comical. How he ever became an NFL ref is beyond me. How he managed to be assigned to a Super Bowl is mind boggling. It makes sense now why other refs attributed him being assigned to the SB to him being a kiss ass.

you do not 'deserve to win' due to one drive, one filled with defensive penalties anyway.
or at least I dont see it as such.

over the course of the game this team (or rather, offense) didnt deserve to win. defense bailed the offense out before that drive, and defense was responsible for putting offense in a position to score a TD on austin davis (niners mvp today btw) pick.

that crying for being robbed crap is tiring. we didnt get robbed in the SB, didnt get robbed in the hags game and didnt really get robbed here. deflecting blame to refs is just stupid and disgusting.
Should have been a TD, but its really close. Also, Frank fumbled but we got lucky as hell when they called his forward progress stopped which is non reviewable. Rams probably would have scooped that and ran it back for a TD.

We f**ked ourselves and gave the game to them. Bottom line.
Dean Blandino better get his ass on NFL network and explain the calls tomorrow.

He is either going to pull some stupid s**t out of his ass or admit the NFL was wrong 3 times.

I fully expect his to skip is segment.

Can't sleep so I'm doing this, but I think it was the right call.

If you look closely when does he ever have full possession?

A little different angle. I just don't see him securely with the ball. Notice how he barely even has the nose of the ball and it's in movement. He loses it right at the facemask tap.(which is not a facemask_

This shows right before that sequence. It actually looks as if Miller may have force the ball out here.

Ball was already loose at this point(after the facemask tap). Elbow is short of the goal line. Ball is behind elbow. One could make the argument he was down at the one inch line, but the pic below(and gifs above) shows the ball was lost before.

After watching this one though, I can't argue with the call because I'm not sure what possession by the rules are. Not sure if he had it 100% secured until he first hits the ground, which was right before the goal line. Way too close to call unless the moment it hit his body was possession, then it was most definitely a td. I do know we should have had +17 seconds on the clock.
If all you can come up with is 10 points all game long vs. the Rams at home you robbed yourself.

Our offense sucks. Our passing game sucks. We need changes to the o line, OC and possibly QB. All possible and if we keep this defense together we can surpass 20th in passing and 30th in the redzone with an overhaul on offense. We can compete in 2015 if the FO has the balls to make bold changes. This passing game has been s**t since 2013. It isn't going to change unless we bring in new players/personnel. We need to accept this. As fans.

Rule 8, Section 1, Article 3, Item 1 of the NFL Rule Book (page 51) states that "if a player goes to the ground in the act of catching a pass (with or without contact with an opponent), he must maintain control of the ball after he touches the ground, whether in the field of play or the end zone. If he loses control of the ball, and the ball touches the ground before he regains control, the pass is incomplete. If he regains control prior to the ball touching the ground, the pass is complete."

The quote above in the NFL's rule for completing the process of the catch.

See right before Crabtree rolls over the ball moves in his hands, that's why it wasn't ruled a TD (this is the second time I've seen a Jerome Booger line judge get a call on the goal line 100% wrong). If anything, this should have been ruled an incomplete pass, not sure how the LJ right there screwed it up that badly.

This. There is a reason we're called Whiners. Threads like this. The refs didn't allow 8 sacks, the refs didn't overthrow receivers all day, the refs didn't get to the 1 down by 3 and fail to score even a field goal.

Just want to repeat this one more time:
