You know what sucks York over priced the Seats that were being sold to fans & as u can see A LOT of those seats are being destroyed along with the stadium i would of loved having a set of seats but NOOOOOOO York is so money hungry he rather detroy history instead of selling it for a affordable price or giving them away what a damn shame. F*ck you very much Dork.

The City and County of SF owns the stadium and sold those seats. The York's have zero stake in Candlestick Park.

Then why is it u acutally get a Authenticity and a thank you letter from Jed Dork himself? ive seen them on ebay ppl posting the actual pictures of the letters with Dork's signature at the bottom i am sure if he wasnt payed royalties he wouldnt go out of his way to do that for the city.
not sure how it worked between SF and the 49ers, but the stadium is owned by SF

i picked up my seats..glad i will always have a piece of what made so many of my sundays great

As the walls come crumbling down into a cloud of dust and smoke, so do the hopes of 49er fans in winning #6 anytime soon.

The City must have released a certain number to the 49ers and Giants. The Giants were selling pairs for $750.00 FWIW.

yeah saw that, the giants offered autographed seats, i called to see how much would it be to get mine signed..They were separate identities and i would have to get refunded from the 49ers and pay the giants to get them signed..and the signed ones were at least 2k..
Still remember my favorite game as a kid it was vs. The Redskins and T.O took a reverse like 60 yards for a TD. The stick was rockin.

This is correct. The city owns the stadium and its run by SF Parks and Rec, Jed may have lent his name and signature to it, but the city is the ones making money on those seats.

My guess BTW is that those piles of seats are likely seats they couldn't convert for some reason or another...not trashed seats because they couldn't sell them all.

Jed isnt putting his handcock on s**t that he isnt making money from.

was hoping for a big bang to send her off...damn SF natives fk up another thing that deals with the 49ers

It's not the natives. Aint nobody I know from the Sunset was against the 49ers leaving. Ben Davis, Derby jackets, and steel toe boots say otherwise.

It's the dirty hippies and the Internet hipsters and their Kale munching munts. Its motherfu***rs on bikes that think that they have more rights than cars. Its . . . . anyway, I can go on and on and on why the City is now a joke from when I grew up in the Sunset and went to SH. But, don't you ever say it was natives.

This photo pretty much sums of what the York family has done to this franchise i love Candlestick park and always will i didn't care that it didn't have wi fi and 500 billion luxury boxes, That field and that stadium will always be the 49ers home. This place was much more than a stadium it's a San Francisco landmark and a part of our cities history but Jed doesn't give a sh*t about that.
