At the risk of
I find it funny how in 2006 Vernon Davis was already in the HOF before ever stepping foot on a football field. now all of a sudden he's not even mentioned as a top draft pick in the last 20 years.

He's been HOF worthy in the playoffs. In the regular season, VD has dealt with many of the issues Alex had with our staff and FO before Harbs came in. After what VD did in the playoffs with CK--I expect their relationships to BOOM next year.

Hopefully. IMO, Vernon has the talent to go down in history with the Tony G's and Shannon Sharpe's of the world.
I'm anxious to see what a full offseason with Kap brings.

Per Game Averages:
TO: 5 catches, 72.75 yards, .69 TD's, 219 games
Rice: 5.1 catches, 75.56 yards, .65 TD's. 303 games
Moss: 4.5 catches, 70 yards, .71 TD's 218 games
Irvin: 4.7 catches, 74.86 yards, .4 TD's. 159 games
Carter: 4.7 catches, 59.4 yards, .55 TD's 234 games
Brown: 4.3 catches, 58.56 yards, .4 TD's. 255 games
Second behind Rice in catches. Third behind Rice and Irvin in yards. Second behind Moss in TD's,
Definitely no stretch to say he is the second best ever on the field.

Yep and if he hadn't retired when he did his stats would probably be lower. Aikman retired after the next year and they were playing trash like Chad Hutchinson and Quincy Carter.

Its either Bryant Young or Dana Stubblefield!! Both were 1st rounders who actually panned out for the 49ers. No many 1st rounders panned out for the 9ers the last 20 years.
92 Dana Hall was Horrid
95 Stokes never lived up to his billing
96 2nd rounder Isreal Ifanyi Was Flop city.com
97 Druckenmiller was an insult
98 RW McNugget was atroccious
99 Reggie McGrew Enough said
200 was just ok with JP and Ahamd Plummer just OK
2001 was not bad Andre Carter
2002 Mike Rump was a JOKE
2003 Kwame enuff said
2004 Rashaun Woods HAHAHA
2005 Alex Smith to me was a bust until mediocrity had to be accepted
2006 VD I LOVE HIM
2007 Willis & Staley are good
2008 Kentwan hahahaha
2009 Crabs
2010 Davis & Upati Good
2011 Aldon GREAT
