Kinda cheesy, but a good look at how they're put together and how they work. They get leverage with massive counter weight and pulleys.

It looks like they're going to start putting up steel today! If not today soon. They're staging the steel and you can see guys prepping the anchor bolts. I'll bet they have some sort of ceremony for the first column to go up. The first piece and the last piece are a big deal for jobs of this size.

It looks like a vapor barrier. Over that they'll place gravel, then reinforcing steel, then eventually pour a concrete slab.
